Chapter 1: Why is low voter turnout now beneficial for Republicans?

141.138 - 160.684 Anthony Romero

Federal law enforcement has all right to come into an area that's a sanctuary city to get rid of illegals. The city of Rochester in New York has told its police, who assisted this week with federal law enforcement, now that 10 to 11 guys have to go through rehabilitation and they want them fired. And it's made a big stink in the area where I live because of this.

0

161.384 - 167.846 Anthony Romero

How can a city or a county tell their local law enforcement when it's in the code that they have to work with the federal law enforcement?

0

168.314 - 187.563 Charlie Kirk

OK, great questions, Anthony. Great to hear your voice. And you're a long term member. And I really appreciate it. Let me start with your first question. So as everybody should know, coming up on Tuesday is our Wisconsin special election. It is the Supreme Court seat and it will determine the future Wisconsin. And with it, it could determine the entire future of the U.S.

0

187.583 - 208.924 Charlie Kirk

House and potentially the presidency. It is an incredibly important election. President Trump has remade the Republican Party. He has remade the Republican Party to be a working class party, to be a low propensity party. So the answer to your question, Anthony, can be best described by the difference between a high propensity voter and a low propensity voter.

0

Chapter 2: How can federal law enforcement operate in sanctuary cities?

209.424 - 229.953 Charlie Kirk

A high propensity voter is someone who watches more than one hour of news a week. A high propensity voter would consider themselves mildly political or very political. They read the newspaper. They go and talk to their friends about politics. They have some general awareness about what is happening in the news. Now, mind you, if you're a Charlie Kirk member, you're likely a high propensity voter.

0

229.973 - 248.561 Charlie Kirk

But I'm going to put an asterisk on that just a second. I'm going to get back to that in a second. A low propensity voter are more people that are likely to be Trump. Now, it's not a matter of being, oh, high propensity voters are smarter or low propensity voters are dumber matters. Who cares more? High propensity voters tend to care about politics more than low propensity voters.

0

249.001 - 269.274 Charlie Kirk

Low propensity voters tend to be black or Hispanic working class whites, people that are working with their hands. We call them the muscular class. on this program. Now, traditionally, Democrats dominated lower propensity voters and struggled with higher propensity voters. But a decade ago, actually, special elections used to be really good for Republicans.

0

269.514 - 284.448 Charlie Kirk

We used to do great in spring elections and fall elections and off-year elections, and we would struggle. in higher turnout elections. The way it used to be is the higher the turnout, the better for Democrats, the lower the turnout, the better for Republicans. That has completely changed because of President Trump.

0

284.829 - 305.626 Charlie Kirk

Now, actually, the lower the turnout, the better for Democrats, the higher the turnout, the better for Republicans because the Democrats have become a high propensity party, more college educated, more suburban. More elite, more wealthy. The Republican Party has become a lower propensity party, more working class, not as wealthy, not as politically engaged.

305.986 - 314.651 Charlie Kirk

That is why they had to try to take out Donald Trump. That is why they were cheering for his assassination and they try to put him in jail for 700 years because he was a celebrity figure.

315.151 - 333.103 Charlie Kirk

And I was able to draw attention to lower propensity voters, give them a message and give them hope and expand the electorate and build a base that was never presented for a Republican candidate until President Trump came along to your second question. I don't know the details of the Rochester situation.

333.143 - 355.873 Charlie Kirk

All I can say is this is that federal law enforcement is going to go into these communities, even if local enforcement says that ICE or the FBI are not welcome. We have federal supremacy in this country, and it's time for us to liberate these sanctuary cities from Tren de Aragua and these Mexican drug cartels that have been doing such damage in our country.

355.933 - 365.616 Charlie Kirk

Aurora, Colorado, Springfield, Ohio, etc. Anthony, thank you for your question. Really appreciate that. Thanks, Charlie. David, thank you for being a member. What's on your mind and where are you from?

Chapter 3: What are security clearances and why do people want them?

533.552 - 554.454 Charlie Kirk

I believe it goes secret, top secret, and I think it was confidential secret, top secret, classified. So security clearances are granted to people all across the government. President Trump obviously gets the highest level of the security clearance regardless of any background check because he's the duly elected president. But you ask the most operative question.

0

554.934 - 580.136 Charlie Kirk

Why do people still want security clearances when they're outside of government? So there's something called a T.S.S.C.I., which is a top secret sensitive compartmented information, which is a security designation that is the highest level of classified information. A T.S.S.C.I. One of the major reasons why people want to have a T.S.S.C.I. when they get out of government.

0

580.676 - 609.017 Charlie Kirk

is they're able to trade on that for future cable news gigs, for nonprofit boards. It makes them more money because they're able to have some sort of an aura of professional confidentiality. And so the types of security clearances, it goes TSSCI. I was somewhat right. Then top secret, then secret, then confidential. The confidential allows information to classified as confidential.

0

609.377 - 633.847 Charlie Kirk

So there is a hierarchy there. So the final thing is this. When you take someone like John Brennan or John Bolton that had a classified security clearance or they were still getting security briefings, when President Trump pulls that clearance, it makes it harder for them to make money on the outside and it severely damages their reputation. Great question, Karen. I hope that helped answer it.

Chapter 4: Are video games becoming too woke?

Chapter 5: How can U.S. citizens abroad return home safely?

758.062 - 775.914 Keisha Richardson

Never been to school in the States, never worked in the States, don't have any history besides voting and paying taxes. I have expensive medical issues. How can people like me who want to go home, who want to be in the greatest country on earth, How can we kind of find a way in back home?

0

776.534 - 782.741 Charlie Kirk

Okay, just so I first of all, I don't want to put you in jeopardy here. Did you say you were born in America? Are you a US citizen? I guess is a good question.

0

782.902 - 790.19 Keisha Richardson

I'm a US citizen. Yes, I was born in Detroit, Michigan. My mother is from Detroit, Michigan. My father is from a foreign country.

0

790.694 - 817.057 Charlie Kirk

Well, my advice is since you're a U.S. citizen, you have a passport, get back home. You have constitutional protections. You have the ability of the freedom of movement back home. My personal opinion would be if you want to come back here, get on a plane and get here. And so I know you have serious medical issues that you say and expensive ones. I can't comment on that. But as a U.S.

0

817.077 - 833.827 Charlie Kirk

passport holder, we would love to have you here. If you're in a dangerous country that does not allow you to leave, go to a consulate or go to the embassy, and they could definitely help you navigate that. If I can ask, what do you see as the top obstacle to returning to America?

834.507 - 860.063 Keisha Richardson

Well, currently, I signed a contract with the current government, and I'm obligated to serve with them for another couple of months. I made that contract. I'm going to honor that obligation that I made because it's not a terrorist country. It's an ally, just an ally that disagrees currently. but speaking out against the government in my position is punishable by charges.

862.004 - 881.572 Charlie Kirk

I don't want you to tell us where you are, but just so everyone understands, he could be anywhere from Toronto, Canada, to Dublin, Ireland, to Berlin, Germany. Our allies are not treating us like allies right now. Thank you for your question, man. Happy to talk privately if that's helpful. Thank you, Richard. Okay, Shane. Shane, thank you for being a member. Members.CharlieKirk.com.

881.592 - 882.133 Charlie Kirk

What's on your mind?

882.873 - 904.927 Unidentified

Hey, Charlie, calling from Wisconsin. I just wanted to know in regards to gaming, I don't know how up to date you are on gaming and what's happening in gaming, but the woke agenda and the trans narrative are both being injected into modern day gaming. In a variety of ways, and it's very sickening.

Chapter 6: What is the current state of the VA budget and how to respond?

1229.483 - 1253.748 Charlie Kirk

These cuts are not going to go after the delivering of care for VA in the in the first Trump administration. President Trump allowed vets to see private doctors. I think that is the direction that we should get into. And we do know that there is a lot of malicious compliance going on throughout the government. And so. There's also people saying, oh, well, you want to save money?

0

1253.788 - 1265.498 Charlie Kirk

I guess we'll have to shut down this popular program. So hard to hard to understand or get to the essence of the truth of it. But we're going to look into it, Katrina. And thank you for being a member. We really appreciate it. Thank you.

0

1266.138 - 1266.599 Katrina

Thank you.

0

1267.179 - 1272.884 Charlie Kirk

OK, before we get to Jackson, I do need to play some breaking news. President Trump, what is a woman? Play cut 374.

0

1274.045 - 1292.938 Donald Trump

Well, it's sort of easy to answer for me because a woman is somebody that can have a baby under certain circumstances. She has a quality. A woman is a person who's much smarter than a man, I've always found. A woman is a person that doesn't give a man even a chance of success.

1293.638 - 1309.008 Donald Trump

And a woman's a person that in many cases has been treated very badly because I think that what happens with this crazy, this crazy issue of men being able to play women's sports is just ridiculous and very unfair to women and very demeaning to women.

1310.069 - 1325.363 Charlie Kirk

That's a great answer. That is a 10. Well done, President Trump. That is excellent. And the moral clarity that we deserve. That was just some breaking news. Wanted to throw them there. Jackson, thank you for being a member. Members.CharlieKirk.com. What's on your mind, Jackson? Good day, Mr. Kirk.

1326.003 - 1345.458 Jack

I am a huge fan of what you do on The Charlie Kirk Show and what you've done for this country via Turning Point USA. And I just wanted to ask you a few questions, but the first that comes to mind is that I've seen that you're very open and very critical when it comes to the judgment of our past presidents. So I was wondering, who do you think our best presidents were?

1345.718 - 1350.642 Jack

I believe that our best president was Abraham Lincoln with or without propaganda.
