His officers did respond to take down the illegal roadblocks that made it unsafe for not only citizens of Minnesota, but our officers.

I think we're in a lot better spot than we ever have been.

During the search operation, ICE has not arrested anybody inside a hospital.

We have not arrested anybody inside of a school, an elementary school.

We have not arrested anybody inside a church.

As a matter of fact, the only ones that disrespected the sanctuary of a church

or the agitators that have been arrested and prosecuted.

So far, we have nine of them.

We have obtained an unprecedented level of coordination with law enforcement officials that is focused on promoting public safety across the entire state.

As a result of this surge operation, we have greatly reduced the number of targets for enforcement action.

And many criminal aliens have been arrested and taken off the streets, including murderers, sex offenders, national security threats, gang members, and other violent criminals.

White House border czar Tom Hellman announced at a Thursday press conference that many of the thousands of ICE and Border Patrol personnel sent to the Twin Cities from other areas of the country will soon return to their home offices.

Federal authorities made nearly 4,000 arrests during the operation.

Homan said the operation has been successful, which led to a significant drop in criminal illegal immigrants roaming the streets.
