It's the first complete online auto retailer in the world that allows you to pick up your car from an auto vending machine.
If you bought a car from Carvana, you could get it delivered to your house the boring way, or you could come get it from one of these snazzy new machines.
It was completely silly. It had very little to do with Carvanas core business or even what was novel about the company. But it was a hit. And Carvana opened vending machines all across the country.

Chapter 3: What is the role of Carvana in Jed's car buying experience?
Dealers have to give their paperwork to the state. And the state then issues the new title to the new owner. I did run this bit by the Missouri Department of Revenue. It runs the Missouri DMV.
