Chapter 1: How can VEO 3 outperform traditional video production?

0.629 - 29.148 John Smith

What if I told you your three person team could outperform a Hollywood studio? The E03 is flipping the script for video production for small businesses. Today, we explore how AI is making full scale video production accessible to everyone and why you need to jump on this wave before it's too late. The E03. Oh, my goodness. Google has changed the game. Yikes.

0

29.569 - 33.355 John Smith

Can you believe that just like two years ago people were finding out about Chad GBT?

0

33.696 - 40.227 Jane Doe

It's so wild to think how – this is the hockey stick, you know? Like it is starting to really curl up.

0

Chapter 2: What is Google's VEO 3 and why is it important?

41.599 - 55.364 John Smith

If you guys haven't paid attention or know what's going on with VEO3, this is Google's newest video AI platform that is about to change the game for the trades, for the home service, for all business, for all creators in general.

0

55.624 - 69.709 Jane Doe

And you're getting this hot and ready because this just came out just within the last two weeks. Yeah, it's wild. I think a week ago, dude. It is so wild to think how much we're seeing this. And if this isn't on your radar, you're missing out. You're already behind.

0

69.989 - 85.475 John Smith

Yeah. Yeah. And the amount of stuff that's being produced. So for those that aren't familiar, you can produce an eight second video, right? You can go and create the prompt over in chat, GBT, plug it into Google's Gemini and be able to produce this video.

0

85.836 - 91.358 Jane Doe

Now, I think you're only allowed what, like four or five videos per day total, including refreshes.

0

Chapter 3: How can you produce videos quickly and affordably?

91.598 - 93.379 John Smith

And do you have to be a pro member in order to do that?

0

93.5 - 110.193 Jane Doe

Yeah, it's kind of a gimmick. It's funny because they want you to get really into the Google AI ecosystem. So in order to use this tool, you have to sign up. I believe it's called Google AI Ultra, where you get their Gemini package, you get their flow package, you get their images and everything in between.

0

110.713 - 132.191 John Smith

Yeah. So with that, it allows for 40 seconds a day. It doesn't sound like a whole lot. But let me tell you what, you can produce a Hollywood style commercial in a matter of what, 30 minutes? Minutes. It's wild. Yeah. So literally you go, you plug in this little guy and it produces you eight seconds.

0

132.211 - 140.474 John Smith

So essentially what you're doing is you're creating eight second cuts, stitching them together for a 40 second commercial. In fact, we're already seeing a lot of that in our community.

0

140.754 - 156.435 Jane Doe

Yeah, if you guys are part of our Facebook group, you guys would have already seen this. So if you're not part of our free Facebook group, click the link in the description. You guys can join and get this information hot and fresh in real time. But one of our community members, he showed us

Chapter 4: What are the benefits of using AI for video content?

156.815 - 176.853 Jane Doe

he stitched together a one-minute long welcome video for his customers fully custom, fully with AI and if you're skeptical, I'm gonna ask you guys to go watch it yourself because up to this point, I would agree video AI has been pretty lackluster. It's really struggled but this is by far the best tool I've seen to date.

0

177.273 - 183.819 Jane Doe

The human person that it's able to create and the characters it's able to create, unreal. The voices, unreal.

0

184.059 - 207.013 John Smith

Hey guys, it's Chris. Hey, a lot of you leave comments asking for help. Do me a real quick favor. Shoot me a text at 509-374-7554. That's 509-374-7554. Shoot me a text. I'll answer and help you with whatever you need. Don't worry. I got you back. Let's go back to the show, baby. Well, the crazy thing is like the words actually match the lips.

0

207.273 - 207.433 Chris

Right.

0

207.473 - 226.857 John Smith

Like that's where we've been able haven't been able to get really good up until this point. Right. You guys have all seen like the baby talking heads. The words don't really match their lips. You guys have seen maybe the agent stuff where basically I can self replicate myself. But it's like I can tell that's a I know it's not Chris like you go and see this crap right now. It's like, wait, what?

226.877 - 228.638 John Smith

You're going to tell me that's not a real person?

228.979 - 249.673 Jane Doe

I've seen people do insane things and you can make all kinds of styles. Like some of the hyper-realistic videos, like our community member Bjorn did, it's hard to distinguish between what is real and what is AI. It's insane. But you can also spin it into making, we did it, we talk about God mode and being able to play your business like a video game.

250.033 - 258.518 Jane Doe

So we spun a couple video ads that look like Fortnite. Like it's crazy in a matter of minutes. So you can style it how you want. Well, it's crazy.

258.539 - 271.766 John Smith

Yeah. One of ours, we literally have like a realistic human that has a digital board in front of him that shows like scoreboards. And he's like, look at this. This is how you play your business like a game. And you got like lights and all kinds of craziness.

Chapter 5: How does AI change the future of video marketing?

295.515 - 319.484 Chris

I was down in Portland a couple weeks ago talking to my brother-in-law. He works for Google, and he's worked a lot with Disney and their relationship. And right now what they do, because ESPN is they do, so they're actually doing this with figureheads. And so they'll be able to use their face and image, and then they're creating all this content without them being a part of it. Right.

0

319.504 - 329.189 John Smith

And I got to imagine that's where we're going to get real quick. Up until this point, you've had stuff like HeyGen. Hey Jen was good, but it's like, you can see blurs and you can do your own video.

0

329.73 - 351.763 John Smith

At this point, the version that we pay for, you know, we can't put our own faces in, but I gotta imagine six, 12 months from now, you're just, you're giving them proof of identification and say, yes, you can use my image in these videos made by next level pros. And all of a sudden now, yeah, figureheads are completely real. Same voice, same mannerisms.

0

351.903 - 356.349 John Smith

It's like, dude, we're not going to know the difference between what's real and what's not.

0

356.769 - 376.662 Chris

Okay. We're talking theoretical future here? Let's talk it. Sure. So a sporting event. You could watch sporting events. like what's interesting is when you, when you go in person, it's a very different experience, right? Sure. So it'd be interesting, interesting to see what, what comes of like TV and what we start to watch competitively.

376.702 - 393.112 Chris

Cause think about how many games you watch that are just boring by halftime. Imagine if there's like some type of league that has like AI that just the whole game is AI and you're like rooting for players and whatever. It's just interesting that like, can I, can I just black hat that for a second?

393.172 - 415.156 John Smith

Yeah. I can say, yeah, that would be cool, but it's like, to me, that's like the slot machines in Vegas, right? I never wanna play a slot machine, because I'm like, dude, this is rigged, it's not even real, right? I even put my money in. And so if I'm watching a sporting event that's not real, then why would I care about who wins? I don't know.

415.476 - 420.339 John Smith

It's kind of like this blur between what's real, what's not, what's human, what's not.

420.539 - 424.882 Chris

It's similar to a movie, right? A movie is a storyline. And so it's the storyline that you're following.

Chapter 6: What opportunities does AI create for small businesses?

Chapter 7: How do AI-generated videos compare to traditional methods?

443.593 - 444.314 Chris

You do in the movies.

0

444.354 - 452.783 John Smith

I do in the movies, dude. I watch like I know that the guy's going to end up being the hero and make the NFL. And I'm cheering for him when he's getting his butt kicked in junior high.

0

452.883 - 460.932 Chris

But what's interesting, like last night we watched a movie and it was about a real person. And it definitely gives you a different emotional connection.

0

461.112 - 479.087 John Smith

Yeah. And that's where I would say like the sporting movies that are based on a true story every single time. So, yeah, I don't know. It's going to be weird, but like non-theoretical, but like theoretical how it applies to business. Like, dude, where do we see this thing like really impacting business? Hey guys, it's Chris.

0

479.127 - 488.092 John Smith

If you're finding value in what you're hearing, go ahead and like and subscribe. That way people just like you can find this content for free here on YouTube. Now, let's dive back in the show.

488.652 - 506.763 Jane Doe

Well, especially small businesses, this is your greatest opportunity is right now. Although Google VO3 still has a couple minor things that it's got to work out. I think back, we were just talking today, two years ago where ChatGBT was and the capabilities of it versus where it is now.

507.483 - 526.197 Jane Doe

If you're not starting to get familiar with the tool, if you try to jump in two years later, you're going to be lost in the sauce. Because I think the beautiful thing is a big bottleneck and resistance for a lot of business owners to start marketing is like, I don't want to be on camera. Right. I don't know how to edit a video. I don't know how to color all this stuff.

526.657 - 532.781 Jane Doe

You now have a tool that allows you to produce a very high quality video in seconds. And it is good.

533.141 - 547.669 John Smith

Dude, it's wild. So this is what I would do for somebody that doesn't want to be on camera. One, go and record a voice memo. Tell... Tell this voice memo everything about your business, all your beliefs, all the way that you do business, everything like that.
