This week on Your Mom’s House, Tom and Christina welcome anti-aging expert and biohacker Bryan Johnson to talk about the ultimate goal: not dying. Bryan breaks down his "Don’t Die" program, which involves everything from hyperbaric chambers, drinking lots of olive oil, and shock waving your penis. Before Bryan joins in, Tom and Christina open the show by clowning on some rich guy influencers and check out some of Hilaria Baldwin’s unhinged reality show. Next, Bryan enters the Mommy Dome and briefs Tom and Christine on his entire lifestyle process, plus he even even gifts them some of his special olive oil. Tim and Kirsten also grill Bryan on some other crucial health hacks include coffee enemas, sharpening your own "sword", and piss drinking. They also touch on Bryan’s Mormon upbringing, his secrets for a better night' sleep, and whether owning a jet is actually worth it. If you want to live forever watch this episode ya chomo! Chapter 1: What is the main topic of this episode?
Next week on Friday, April 4th, I'll be in Oklahoma City at the Paycom Center. Go get your tickets at tomscrow.com slash tour. Welcome to another episode. This is a really exciting day. It is. I'm pumped about this one.
So am I. I'm feeling healthier. I'm feeling alive and alert. How about you?
Feeling good. Get that timer going, please.
Get that timer. Well, Josh Solo isn't here today.
Josh, yeah, he... What's he doing?
Juiced up. Is today a Jewish holiday?
No.
Did we sanction this?
He's in Jewdark Titty. Oh, is he? He is. He's doing his thing and stuff like that. What the fuck is he doing there? You know how they love that place. They do love that place. So he's there. They do love that place. Doing his thing. Stuff like that.

Chapter 2: What are Tom and Christina's thoughts on influencer culture?
Very lean, runs marathons.
Have you tried?
No, I mean, I measure my sperm weekly now, but... Weekly? Yeah, we just started doing that, yeah.
What's the point of that? What does that tell you?
Well, so like what we find out is when you measure these things weekly, you just find these really neat relationships with how things change. So I've been measuring my sperm, I've measured my sperm four times over the past... four years, which is not enough.
So we need to see like what happens when, and then, you know, like when we have the LA fires, what happens when your body's filled with toxins? Does your sperm go down? You know, like does the motility go down? So we're just, every time we want to know more, we just increase the density of measurement. Then you start seeing all these relationships.
And you're seeing a change in your, like your sperm count or just like in the... The health of the sperm?
Yeah, so you've got various metrics. Like you want to see total sperm count. You want to see the motility of the sperm, like how many are swimmers. Yeah, you want to see the DNA fragmentation index. That's kind of a disputed idea, but you want to characterize the sperm through various quantities. And then you can design an age to it. So everything we do always has an age.
So you can be, you know, I'm 47 years old, but like my heart is 37. Oh, yeah. My cardiovascular ability is age 18. My nighttime erections are age 18. Are better than an average 18-year-old.
