Amazing to be driving through this town knowing that President Trump is in the White House. It should never be lost on us. Just God's grace and mercy on all of us. Even the days that sometimes you wish things could have went better. And even when you say, I don't know about that, it is still an amazing day in America because President Trump is in the White House.
I do want to caution you on something, though. And I'm seeing this start to bubble up. I'm seeing it in the grassroots. I'm seeing it on some of the college campuses. I'm seeing it in some of the crowds that people like Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren are drawing. The left is waking up. Since the inauguration, even since Election Day, we said, where is the resistance? Where is it?

Chapter 2: How is the left responding to Trump's policies?
Issues that came up was the issue of gay marriage and there was a particular time in your time together where you said you couldn't remember your church's stance on gay marriage. Was that true? You simply couldn't remember or was it maybe that you just didn't want to acknowledge the reality of your church's stance on gay marriage?
Yeah, it was honestly that I didn't remember because I didn't ever need to know because there wasn't really anyone in my life that it really pertained to and it wasn't something on my head and I'm not proud of it. It's something that I was, you know, as I grow older, I knew I needed to grow into. And so that's probably why. And I try to go to church every weekend. Don't go every weekend.
So, you know, sermon that Sarah watched, I don't remember because maybe I wasn't there or maybe it just didn't, you know, hit home to me because it wasn't something that was in my life at the time or whatever it may be.
So it's this clip going viral. Everyone is kind of ragging on the girl. Of course, stay away from liberal women. Got that? That should be assured. Stay away from liberal women. But no, in reality, women should also stay away from men like this. They both lucked out. This guy is the problem with America. beta, coward, oh, I don't remember the sermon. You know what he should have said?
Yeah, actually my church believes in traditional marriage and believes in the Bible. What are you going to do about it? Love is blind. I don't need all of you guys anyway.
By the way, do you know the hilarity of this is that if he would have taken a stand for traditional marriage and Christianity, he would have like 55,000 dating increase right now from wonderfully pious, single Christian women that are far... more pleasant than the blonde Rachel Maddow that he was going to go marry. He would have become a folk hero.
You be true to yourself and you stand up for what you believe in. Again, the easy kind of surface take is yes, of course. Why are you bringing in BLM and the vaccine? By the way, anybody in this audience, let me just tell you, do not marry or date somebody that does not share your values. Period. Do not do that. Conservatives, do not date liberals.
If you are dating a liberal, you should break up and find somebody that has your value system. You're not going to change them. The world has changed too much. Maybe 20 or 30 years ago, that could have been the case. It is different now. Everything is politicized. Everything comes through that lens. They will raise kids differently. They'll watch different news.
They'll listen to different podcasts. They will worship differently. So don't do that. But the big takeaway is this, is that they're both what's wrong with America. Not just the woman, but the man even more so. Because her views very well could change if she had a man to lead her. The reason why she believes all that stuff is she's never encountered a strong man.
