Hey everybody, welcome back to an all new episode of Serialistly. I am your host, Annie Elise, and I am here to break down everything happening this week in the true crime world. And we have a lot to go over. One of the cases, too, that we're going to be discussing, I might end up doing a deep dive on, but a lot of you have been requesting it, and it's the case of Austin Metcalf.
So just stand by for that. I'm going to give you the breakdown fully in this episode, but we may end up doing a deep dive. Aside from that, there are a lot of other cases that we need to talk about. I'm talking like hotel guests checking into a hotel and finding a corpse hidden in the closet. Some horrific stuff that once again happened in New York with, again, a corpse.
Like, I don't know why there's so much, like, so many dead bodies, like post-mortem bodies in today's episode. But whatever, there are. So, need to talk about all of that. There's also a very... Hopefully at the time of this airing, they will have seated a full jury, but it's been a struggle. They'll get one juror, they'll lose one. The details about like what, it's so messy guys, I don't even want to get into it. Um, Es ist nur ein bisschen ein Zirkus.

Dinge, die seit Dezember bis jetzt mit dem Re-Trial und der Präparation für das passiert sind. So much shadiness too, guys.
We have so much to talk about. Different third-party witnesses, theories of what really went down inside that house, certain experts who have said things who now are not even allowed to testify in the new trial.
