Failure to respond will be taken as a resignation. So that's what he sent out to federal employees. So Tina Smith, I read her response.

I have to tell you, it's consistently women. It is. That are standing up to this. You see the main governor. You see Michelle Obama refusing to go to the inauguration. You see Karen Pence, mother.
