sound of madness and all the classics you'll love alongside some of the never before performed deep cuts. And of course the mind blowing production and pyro, the band is known for, and I am telling you, I've seen that firsthand. We saw them on tour. The whole, our whole group saw them and it was one of the most amazing shows.

0

37.483 - 56.712 Host

And if you are one of those people that's lived under a rock and are unfamiliar with shine down, check out Burt cast number six 23. They play acoustic. I'm telling you, Zach, is what they call a prodigy guitar. He is amazing. He is brilliant. And by the way, they're bringing Bush with you. Are you kidding me? Morgan Wade? This is a night you're not going to want to miss.

You don't like mushrooms? I don't like any of this stuff. Once you said it wasn't chicken, I was basically out.

79.065 - 102.679 Host

to stand on stage by the way i would like to i would like to say that this episode i will not curse out of respect for my friend nate who is set up a brand nateland is the coolest thing in the world it really is out of all the things all of us done in our career the way you're running your career is so you so different so nashville based and so i will not curse this entire i think there's no way i'd like you to cuss for me a little bit yeah don't

102.739 - 103.98 Host

Custy, you don't curse.

104.02 - 107.362 Host

No, but out of respect for me, I'd like you to cuss a little bit.

107.422 - 130.156 Host

I mean, walking in, you've already, it's been the most cursing before we got to here. So I can't, but you have been on TV. So you know I've been on TV. You know what? I just talked about this. But it's like, it's funny when comics come up now, everything's online. So I think like the newer comics, they don't know, they don't really learn how to be on TV. Because there's no restriction.

Chapter 2: What are their cooking skills like?

149.909 - 152.131 Host

They're filthy. My open is a, no, no, no.

0

152.151 - 166.241 Host

Can I tell you my favorite open you have, by far, hands down, and I love that you're working with them? Nick Thune. Oh, yeah. He is so talented. He destroys. He is so talented and such a deep... I really like that guy.

0

167.179 - 171.161 Host

He's great to, yeah, he is deep. He'll sit there and talk with you.

0

171.181 - 180.907 Host

Dusty, by the way, I take ownership out of certain people's careers where I go, I worked with them before everyone loved them. I was an early adapter to Dusty.

0

180.927 - 184.53 Host

Yeah, it's true. We worked together at the comedy off-Broadway. It was great.

184.57 - 191.954 Host

Back in the day. How do you say it? How would you say it? When I accidentally went to the bathroom in my pants on stage. Oh, yeah, that's true.

191.974 - 192.835 Host

I would say it like that.

193.375 - 193.475 Host

Yeah.

Chapter 3: What does Nate think about Cornish hens?

193.715 - 197.797 Host

That's all I'm saying. I would put that many words in to avoid the right to it.

0

197.817 - 202.28 Host

I didn't know you had to avoid that. Do you remember that? I just thought you had to go to the bathroom.

0

202.32 - 207.282 Host

No, I went to the bathroom in my pants, and then I said, Dusty, can you come up and do five minutes real quick? And I went to the bathroom.

0

207.542 - 210.044 Host

It was a hot five, though. I came back up. I was ready.

0

210.064 - 211.805 Host

It was a hot five for you. It was a hot five for me.

211.865 - 213.265 Host

Yeah, it was a hot five for all of us.

213.325 - 215.306 Host

Wait, you just had some fried chicken?

215.327 - 217.908 Host

No, we had hot wings that day.

218.248 - 226.494 Host

I tell you what, there's no fourth wall with you, buddy. It goes, whatever, it's like, you know, you get a whole experience.

Chapter 4: What funny stories do they share about stand-up?

241.966 - 261.1 Host

Yeah, but that's what you, but you did do it right. Because look at what you did. I mean, people go, I always talk about your show. When people go watch your show, they go watch a bird show. And so when they see it and you got them standing up and singing the national anthem and doing the national anthem, like I was there. I've watched one of your shows. I came to watch your whole show.

0

261.6 - 283.456 Host

And it's an experience of in itself and people are there having fun. And that's what it's about. And that's how you are doing it. Your way. Let me keep going. Because you're not you. I mean, because you're you. You're not doing something else. So, like, when someone... The goal, I think, is to be... I've always wondered, when you meet us, we're not that different than on stage.

0

283.496 - 300.109 Host

Maybe we're, you know, more exaggerated on stage than not. But overall, you want to go like, yeah, he's as nice as he seems on stage. Fallon's like that. Jimmy Fallon is very good to be... If you meet Fallon out, you're going to feel like you met him at... The Tonight Show.

0

300.129 - 309.518 Host

I always wanted to party with him. I feel like he would be a fun party. Yeah, he parties. I want old-school Timberlake, too. You're boys with him. He didn't get sober, did he? No. Oh, good, good.

0

309.558 - 311.08 Host

No, he just got in trouble.

311.12 - 311.781 Host

He looked pretty rough.

313.362 - 313.582 Host

Really?

313.863 - 314.503 Host

Yeah, I think so.

314.523 - 317.306 Host

He got arrested, I think. What? It was pretty public.

Chapter 5: How did Nate and Dusty start in comedy?

0

318.948 - 319.868 Host

My Justin Timberlake?

0

320.069 - 322.406 Host

Yeah. He had just lost a tour.

0

322.446 - 338.619 Host

I would bet his team would not want y'all to hang out right now. That's what I would say. I'm not saying he wouldn't want to hang out with you, but I bet his team would go, out of all the people, I don't think he's the right move right now. Or maybe he is. Maybe. Or we go, or maybe he is.

0

338.799 - 349.81 Host

Maybe. We're in a fork in the road. What's going on here? Watching this show, you started it off by saying you don't know how to cook, but you're seasoning this chicken, you're shoving an onion up the rear end of the chicken.

349.891 - 356.362 Host

I'm shoving an onion inside. This is Cornish Hen. Okay. And so we are going to make a Cornish Hen. I'm doing a Christmas.

356.422 - 361.784 Host

Is that a rich chicken? This is, oh, this is a. Is it a Cornish Hen, a wealthy chicken?

361.804 - 384.031 Host

It's a wealthy chicken. It's a privileged chicken. This is Cornish Hen. We're doing a Christmas episode. This is coming out Christmas Day. Merry Christmas. And we're going to celebrate the other team too. a little bit. All right. Oh, yeah. We're gonna make some latkes. We're gonna make some Cornish hands. I'm gonna make a gravy for this that's gonna be out of this world. And I'm gonna drink.

384.551 - 403.234 Host

All right, what kind of seasonings you got here? What are you putting on there? This is a poultry blend. It's got thyme, rosemary, pepper, chili, paprika, and... And sage. All right. I would like to learn how to cook. I don't know how to cook. You don't know how to cook? No. You seem like someone who I would assume could cook.

Chapter 6: What insights do they share about their careers?

406.375 - 414.618 Host

I don't even, I mean, I could figure it out enough, but there's no, I don't know what I would be doing. For real? What do you do for, oh.

0

415.979 - 422.493 Host

Wait, hold on. Where did I just see this? What were you talking about? DoorDash? Was it online? Was it on special?

0

422.513 - 423.694 Host

Yeah, yeah, yeah. SNL.

0

424.274 - 428.375 Host

Oh, that's it. God, you're so good on SNL. Do you think you'd be good on SNL?

0

429.416 - 442.742 Host

You know, I didn't think I would be bad on it. Were you nervous? I was more nervous about the monologue. That's the scariest part. Yeah, because you're like, that's what we're supposed to be good at. And you're like, well, what if I stink at this? And this is, you know, it's not fun.

443.363 - 445.906 Host

If you vomit the sketches, you're like, well, that's not what I do.

445.966 - 452.453 Host

I always wanted to do that kind of stuff. I just never really, I never got an audition or never got asked to be in anything.

453.394 - 480.082 Host

you know yeah is it is it kind of redeeming now doing it and i will say and arguably out of all of our boys that have done it and and i i mean i just mean this candidly you are the one that kind of are the like the no-brainer you've killed it like you've they've asked you back twice yeah your monologues are hysterical burr's monologues are pretty and are pretty awesome as well but like but you're so good in the sketches you're the you're the only person out of all our boys they're your sketches go viral

484.172 - 491.757 Host

And he did it just even not to be mad about yourself. Just bleep it. Yeah, you were on TV a long time ago.

Chapter 7: What are their thoughts on drinking and sobriety?

508.606 - 511.028 Host

Okay, I didn't get that note. I'm still trying to sell tickets.

0

511.448 - 511.588 Host

Oh, yeah.

0

511.909 - 512.369 Host

That's good.

0
0

513.47 - 530.628 Host

Well, that's why, because you always, I always took in going to radio because of stuff that you did. I always, like, when you do it, I would always think of you, even later when you don't have to go. Yeah. Oh, that was a big thing for me. Because it's like you always showed, I always liked that you, yeah. But you would go and be super fun.

531.667 - 551.253 Host

Go ahead and grab me as I'm getting paid a compliment. Oh, thank you. No, I always believed the best time to do radio is when you don't have to sell tickets. Because then you go in. And it's fun. It's fun. And they're like, what are you doing here? And you're like, I don't know. I just thought I'd hang out. I'm a regular person. And this was fun when I had to sell tickets.

551.293 - 572.58 Host

And now I don't need to sell tickets. I still do radio call-ins. I still do a lot of that stuff. There you go. I remember a guy, I did a radio call in, and he was like, so what should people expect if they come to the show and they don't know what to expect? And I was like, it's an arena. He was like, yeah.

572.781 - 587.351 Host

If someone just walks up on the street, I go, very few people walk up to an arena and go, I wonder what's happening here tonight. Let's just buy tickets and find out. And I was like, buddy, it's sold out. And he was like, well, I know, but if they don't know what to expect, I was like, I think this interview's done.

587.651 - 592.495 Host

Yeah, yeah. Do you say it's like Monster Jam in stand-up form? Yeah, it's...

Chapter 8: What celebrity encounters do they discuss?

598.158 - 621.354 Host

So I watched this guy cut mushrooms, and what he did was he cut it like this and then rolled it. Cut it like that and rolled it. Cut it like that and rolled it. Cut it like that and rolled. He kept doing that until he got a square, and then he cut it. I follow dudes with crazy knife techniques online. How fast can you cut? What's the fastest you can do? I'm trying to write a new hour.

0
0

623.257 - 646.682 Host

and uh i'm off the road i was just saying this to someone over there i'm off the road for a year full year and i just i feel like i don't know who i am like not doing stand-up i'm like and i don't know if it's yeah it's like i don't i'm off too yeah it's crazy how long wait you just announced your tour yeah but that that doesn't really start till april i remember

0

648.672 - 665.942 Host

getting a compliment from someone who didn't really understand touring, but they're like, you do arenas. You're the biggest comic in the world. I said, no, there's bigger than me. I remember we were in a car, and I was like, they're like, no, who's the biggest comic in the world? And I said, Nate Bargatze. And they're like, who? I said, Nate Bargatze.

0

666.023 - 689.296 Host

I said, listen, I do one show at Bridgestone, which is a... Crazy. It's crazy. I mean, just so we're clear, that is a crazy accomplishment in our career. Nate Bargassi does too at Bridgestone because of the way you've worked your brand where you can be clean and you can, and people go, I'm not just bringing my girlfriend. I'm bringing my girlfriend's family. I'm bringing my family.

689.316 - 693.118 Host

I'm bringing, and you, I'm just, I'm like, I'm really.

693.138 - 693.938 Host

My grandma.

694.298 - 695.619 Host

And you still go to Skanks Fest.

696.297 - 699.839 Host

Yeah. Well, I started with all you guys.
