Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Rub the hens with Italian seasoning, paprika and a generous amount of salt. Stuff the cavities with onion and spritz the top of the hens with olive oil. 2. Cook the hens for 25 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 and cook an additional 35 minutes. 3. Heat butter, garlic, ½ tsp thyme in skillet over medium heat. Once melted, increase heat to medium-high and add mushrooms and wine cooking until the wine is reduced by half and mushrooms are soft. 4. Whisk together cornstarch and water then add to the skillet with mushroom mix. Pour in cream, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, pepper, and remaining parsley and thyme. Simmer on low until slightly thick. Potato Latkes Ingredients: • 3 medium potatoes • 1 egg • 2 TBS flour • 1 TBS grated onion • Salt • Peanut oil • Apple sauce • Sour cream Steps: 1. Slice and peel potatoes and put into food processor with grater attachment. Wring out potatoes in cheesecloth. 2. Take two cups of potatoes and combine with egg, flour, onion, and salt to taste, stirring until combined. 3. Heat oil in skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes. Place cooked latkes onto paper towel to drain. 4. Serve with apple sauce and sour cream Crescent and almond butter Ingredients: • Crescent rolls • 1 stick unsalted butter • 1 can almond pastry filling Steps: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown 2. Combine stick of butter with almond filling, mixing until well combined GAMBLING PROBLEM? I mean, walking in, you've already, it's been the most cursing before we got to here. So I can't, but you have been on TV. So you know I've been on TV. You know what? I just talked about this. But it's like, it's funny when comics come up now, everything's online. So I think like the newer comics, they don't know, they don't really learn how to be on TV. Because there's no restriction.

And so when they see it and you got them standing up and singing the national anthem and doing the national anthem, like I was there. I've watched one of your shows. I came to watch your whole show.

Maybe we're, you know, more exaggerated on stage than not. But overall, you want to go like, yeah, he's as nice as he seems on stage. Fallon's like that. Jimmy Fallon is very good to be... If you meet Fallon out, you're going to feel like you met him at... The Tonight Show.
I always wanted to party with him. I feel like he would be a fun party. Yeah, he parties. I want old-school Timberlake, too. You're boys with him. He didn't get sober, did he? No. Oh, good, good.

I'm gonna make a gravy for this that's gonna be out of this world. And I'm gonna drink.
All right, what kind of seasonings you got here? What are you putting on there? This is a poultry blend. It's got thyme, rosemary, pepper, chili, paprika, and... And sage. All right. I would like to learn how to cook. I don't know how to cook. You don't know how to cook? No. You seem like someone who I would assume could cook.

I always wanted to do that kind of stuff. I just never really, I never got an audition or never got asked to be in anything.
you know yeah is it is it kind of redeeming now doing it and i will say and arguably out of all of our boys that have done it and and i i mean i just mean this candidly you are the one that kind of are the like the no-brainer you've killed it like you've they've asked you back twice yeah your monologues are hysterical burr's monologues are pretty and are pretty awesome as well but like but you're so good in the sketches you're the you're the only person out of all our boys they're your sketches go viral
And he did it just even not to be mad about yourself. Just bleep it. Yeah, you were on TV a long time ago.

Well, that's why, because you always, I always took in going to radio because of stuff that you did. I always, like, when you do it, I would always think of you, even later when you don't have to go. Yeah. Oh, that was a big thing for me. Because it's like you always showed, I always liked that you, yeah. But you would go and be super fun.
Go ahead and grab me as I'm getting paid a compliment. Oh, thank you. No, I always believed the best time to do radio is when you don't have to sell tickets. Because then you go in. And it's fun. It's fun. And they're like, what are you doing here? And you're like, I don't know. I just thought I'd hang out. I'm a regular person. And this was fun when I had to sell tickets.
And now I don't need to sell tickets. I still do radio call-ins. I still do a lot of that stuff. There you go. I remember a guy, I did a radio call in, and he was like, so what should people expect if they come to the show and they don't know what to expect? And I was like, it's an arena. He was like, yeah.
If someone just walks up on the street, I go, very few people walk up to an arena and go, I wonder what's happening here tonight. Let's just buy tickets and find out. And I was like, buddy, it's sold out. And he was like, well, I know, but if they don't know what to expect, I was like, I think this interview's done.

getting a compliment from someone who didn't really understand touring, but they're like, you do arenas. You're the biggest comic in the world. I said, no, there's bigger than me. I remember we were in a car, and I was like, they're like, no, who's the biggest comic in the world? And I said, Nate Bargatze. And they're like, who? I said, Nate Bargatze.
I said, listen, I do one show at Bridgestone, which is a... Crazy. It's crazy. I mean, just so we're clear, that is a crazy accomplishment in our career. Nate Bargassi does too at Bridgestone because of the way you've worked your brand where you can be clean and you can, and people go, I'm not just bringing my girlfriend. I'm bringing my girlfriend's family. I'm bringing my family.
I'm bringing, and you, I'm just, I'm like, I'm really.
