Happy Thursday! In today’s episode, we dive into baby feeding – breast, bottle, combo – all of it. We’re answering all YOUR questions—my personal breastfeeding journey, the mental struggles of breastfeeding, and what we’ve learned about formulas in the US vs. Europe. This is probably my #1 asked topic on social (and honestly, what’s on my mind most of the time), so I’m excited we sat down and shared our experience / what we’ve learned. He used to call me whenever Tate was in my stomach and we were going to name her. Tate was a top contender and we would call her Taters. He would call me Taters. And I liked that. He would say Taters and I'd be like, me? Because we were one, you know?

I think that it's a really nice routine that we've got into. Regardless of the craziness we're dealing with during the day, that we still make time to go and do this activity together. And it's like if we do nothing else together that day, at least we got a workout in and at least we walked away from it feeling good.
And we may not be getting as many date nights as we would like, but we're finding other activities to get in the mix. Yeah. I was just trying to give us some love and some grace, and it feels like it just kind of got shot down.
