Welcome back to our new, weekly episodes of The Trial of Diddy. The show is hosted by DailyMail.com’s West Coast News Editor Marjorie Hernandez and Manhattan-based Kayla Brantley, reporter-at-large and TV correspondent at Daily Mail. Each week Kayla and Marjorie will be exploring each and every new development in this story, looking at what may - or may not - be coming next for Diddy. In this first episode of 2025 we dig into the story of Diddy allegedly being “jealous” of the respect and attention his fellow MDC inmate Luigi Mangione is getting - with a reaction from Diddy’s legal team - and take a fresh and illuminating dive into all your comments, thoughts and suggestions. Chapter 1: What are the allegations against Diddy?
The following episode explores a number of allegations regarding the artist Diddy. He denies all charges and has pled not guilty to sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.
The biggest secret in the entertainment industry that really wasn't a secret at all has finally been revealed to the world.
At the height of his career, Sean Diddy Combs had it all. It seemed like everything Diddy touched turned to gold. Now the once untouchable hip-hop mogul is fighting for his life as he faces multiple federal charges in New York, including sex trafficking and allegedly running a criminal enterprise.
Music mogul and rapper Sean Diddy Combs has faced four different lawsuits in recent weeks alleging sexual assault. I'm DailyMail.com journalist Marjorie Hernandez.

Chapter 2: What is the context of Diddy's current legal situation?
Yeah, Marjorie. And this story is so good. It's like I went on Nancy Grace earlier today to speak about this story specifically. And I called it the crossover of the century in the MDC. Like these are two of the biggest crime stories going on right now. And the fact that one, they share a legal team, two, they're sharing a prison. And now they're both in the headlines.
You know, one's jealous of another. Like it's just you can't make this stuff up, Marjorie.
Their tourneys are married to each other. Yeah.
Yeah. And Gagnolo. And anyway, this brings us to our show today. The world is getting back to normal-ish, I guess, after the holiday break. I hope you had a nice break, Marge.
Oh, yes. Restful. Restful break, thankfully.
Good, good, good. Okay, so we have a very fun show today. We're going to get into your thoughts, your questions and comments, the nice ones and the not so nice ones.
And these are from Spotify listeners. Joycey writes, quote, if Larry Levine went in, why didn't you make it a two part episode? Now this comes up each time we've had Larry on. And the fact is our lawyers would have to shut us down forever. If we even run half of what Larry said, the van is a wild card, but we love having him on. But legally he's like a hand grenade in a petting zoo.
So letting him fully loose would cause carnage, but we love Larry. He's a friend of the pod. We love him.
Chanel wrote this after our last Q&A episode. I was really enjoying your podcast.
