Welcome to the Level Up Podcast. I'm your host, Paul Alex. I went from being a cop to an eight-figure entrepreneur that helps average people like you and me make money every single day. I created this podcast to help you get motivated and to crush your goals. Let's win together. Remember, I have your six. Get ready to level up right now.
Hey everyone, and welcome back to the Level Up Podcast with Paul Alex. Today we're gonna be talking about something that goes beyond personal success, how to become a high value man and serve more in your community. Becoming a high value man isn't just about wealth, status, or physical appearance.
It's about developing the qualities that not only improve your life, but also positively impact those around you. I've been fortunate enough to build successful businesses, but what truly matters to me is how I use that success to give back and serve my community. So the first step to becoming a high-value man is mastering self-discipline.
Without discipline, it's impossible to achieve anything substantial in life, guys. Whether it was working long hours in law enforcement, starting my first business, or launching... merchantautomation.com. It's about the ability to do what needs to be done, even when you don't feel like it.
When you consistently show up, work hard, stay committed to your goals, you set a powerful example for others, including your children. Next, focus on continuous self-improvement. High value men are always looking for ways to grow, learn, and improve. So this means investing in your education, developing new skills, and consistently challenging yourself to be better than you were yesterday.
I spent countless hours reading, taking courses, and learning from my mentors. The more you improve yourself, the more value you can offer to those around you, including your spouse. But being a high-value man isn't just about personal achievement. It's about service.
One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been giving back to my community, whether it was mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, donating money, to kids that were starving in San Diego during Christmas or simply being there for someone in need. Serving others has always been a priority. I grew up in a humble immigrant family and I know firsthand what it's like to struggle.
That's why I'm committed to helping others rise up and achieve their own success. To truly serve your community, start by identifying ways you can make a difference. It doesn't have to be something grand or complicated. Sometimes it's the smallest act of kindness that have the biggest impact. For me, it started with mentoring a few people who were looking to break into the business world.
Over time, their desire to help others grew Thank you so much for joining us today.
