So if you want to create something that has value far beyond yourself, this is how you do it, guys, okay? First, you got to build systems, not a job. If your business relies entirely on you, it's not a business, guys. It's a job. Buyers want something they can take over and run without you being in the picture, guys.
Chapter 3: Why are systems crucial for a sellable business?
So from day one, focus on creating systems that can make your business operate like a machine, whether it's the automation, delegation or repeatable processes. Guys, your systems are what make your business scalable and sellable. Work on the business, not in the business. Second, focus on recurring revenue. The most attractive businesses to buyers are the ones with predictable steady incomes.

Is it your customer base? Is it your brand? Is it your profit margins? Build your business to meet those needs and you'll set yourself up for a big payday, guys. Plan for the sale from day one.
Look, the bottom line is a sellable business is one with systems, recurring revenue, and a clear exit strategy. Build it with intention and you won't just create wealth.
