Chapter 1: What is the main topic of this episode?

0.816 - 5.98 Jonathan Otto

Yeah, that's urine, but anyway, I'm not going to make you smell it. Okay, so this is urine. How do you do it?

0

8.082 - 12.906 Chris

Do I need to drink a tablespoon? All of my urine? When should I drink it?

0

13.767 - 15.408 Jonathan Otto

First thing, there's no rules to urine therapy.

0

15.488 - 15.969 Chris

Okay.

0

16.209 - 17.069 Jonathan Otto

Yeah. Just...

17.97 - 41.62 Jonathan Otto

all right yeah exactly because there's no rules there's no protocols but what did the cultures do that came before us they'd they'd drink their first morning urine and someone's going oh that's when it's like really like yellow and this is okay so that that's real like i'm at an event i'm traveling running from one place to another i was up till like 2 a.m last night and got up at seven that's not enough sleep don't take that as advice that's one off though but anyway so yeah so then you just do this

Chapter 2: Who is Jonathan Otto and what is his background?

48.086 - 67.979 Chris

Today in the studio we have Jonathan Otto. Super excited to have him on. This guy is insane. He's gonna go over some controversial stuff today. He's an investigative health journalist in the space. He's got a connection with RFK Jr. As you guys know, he was recently confirmed as the, what was the title?

0

67.999 - 70.4 Jonathan Otto

Oh yeah, Secretary of the Human Health Services.

0

70.48 - 87.324 Chris

Dude, Secretary of the Human Health Service here in the United States. Everybody was talking about it on X and social media, like whether he was going to make it or not. And so Jonathan actually is part of his media team, media group, and pushing and promoting and just has some really cool ties.

0

87.724 - 109.902 Chris

As you guys know, I am a fanatic about health and figuring out ways to take care of our bodies in a more natural manner. And so, I just met Jonathan and we're both at an event. You can probably see the blue wristbands that we have on here. We're attending an event. We were introduced to each other and like immediate connection, just good energy, good vibes.

0

109.982 - 119.791 Chris

And you know, the thing about me, like I love people that I like immediately have a good vibe and energy connection with. And so welcome to the show, man. Excited to have you.

119.891 - 133.676 Jonathan Otto

Thank you, Chris. No, I felt the same way, man. I felt like, wow, there's few people that I have that immediate trust with that I felt really safe around. And so you have that and that's super unique about you. So I appreciate you, man.

133.716 - 145.442 Chris

Here's the crazy thing. So today, maybe you're going to look back and take a look at my social media. Jonathan, yesterday we started talking. Was it yesterday that we met? Yeah. Oh man, it was a long day.

145.562 - 152.209 Jonathan Otto

I was like, I was saying 24, 48 hours last night. Cause I couldn't remember. I could, it felt like more like two or three days.

152.249 - 169.604 Chris

Yeah. We spent a lot of time together and just like, he started sharing with me these different health studies and to the point where he inspired me to drink my own urine this morning and never done in my life. But today was the day. And if you go and you take a look at my Instagram, you're going to see me.

Chapter 3: What are the benefits and science behind urine therapy?

208.821 - 217.127 Unidentified Speaker (Brief Interjection)

Ooh, never done. All right, here we go. Zen breath work. All right. Three, two, one.

0

228.806 - 246.648 Chris

Little lemony. Not as bad as you think. Not as bad as you think. Let's go, baby. We're doing it. Let's go for the health benefits. You're probably like, what? Chris, why on earth would you drink your own urine? And Jonathan, what do you say to those people?

0

248.257 - 273.416 Jonathan Otto

firstly, I'd say that you're ballsy because it took me months from the point where I understood it to the point that I did it. All in, baby. And to your credit, even though some people say, yeah, well, that makes you crazy and reckless and uneducated. But look, guys, what if the script is wrong? And hear me out on this and I'll let you decide. But that may be what makes Chris successful.

0

273.616 - 274.077 Jonathan Otto

Just saying.

0

274.657 - 303.969 Chris

i 100 agree yeah one one thing i always tell my clients or whatnot like look if you're waffling in decision making that's what's holding you back i say the most successful people in the world when they understand one plus one equals two they act on it and so for me it was one plus one equals two jonathan's sharing me with the studies and like like all these benefits and whatnot i'm just like what do i got to lose yeah let's go you got it you got it so

304.469 - 314.236 Chris

Hey guys, it's Chris. If you're finding value in what you're hearing, go ahead and like and subscribe. That way people just like you can find this content for free here on YouTube. Now let's dive back in the show.

314.796 - 335.413 Jonathan Otto

So to answer your question, I think the biggest thing that hooked you because you have to think about What would make something so convincing that I'm arguing the biggest lie that was ever told was this lie about what urine is that I honestly think is one of the biggest lies. You're talking about lies and people talking about big pharma and all the lies are being told.

335.433 - 346.074 Jonathan Otto

I'm saying this is the lie of all lies. And hear me out on this before you just say that I'm just too far off the edge and I've got a tinfoil hat. Yeah, so.

346.214 - 347.656 Chris

Tinfoil looks good on some people.

Chapter 4: How does society influence our trust in natural vs. synthetic medicine?

1229.781 - 1233.803 Jonathan Otto

You've got nothing on me. I'm so ready for this. This is what I live for.

0

1233.883 - 1241.708 Chris

So you talk about the stem cells, but the other thing that really stuck out to me in our conversation was talking about the antibodies and how...

0

1242.368 - 1271.37 Chris

literally our urine is a custom to what we're experiencing right now right like the the fact that like whatever our body is fighting it's producing antibodies and it's being urinated out right and that in high concentration and so like that that was like man that that for me that made a lot of sense and and like can you like go into a little more depth of like when like maybe someone gets a snake bite or like you know these type of things and like why you would

0

1271.79 - 1280.879 Jonathan Otto

use urine in those types of situations. Exactly. That's great. Because the one thing that almost most of the audience is going to agree with that if they got a jellyfish sting, what would you do?

0

1280.899 - 1281.72 Chris

Pee on it.

1282.18 - 1282.42 Jonathan Otto

Yeah.

1282.52 - 1284.923 Chris

It's the only thing that medical has recommended.

1286.124 - 1307.384 Jonathan Otto

But then you'll see that get fact-checked. Some other things are safe and effective, but that's not safe and effective anymore. It's, you know, don't do that, whatever you do. So anyway, so, you know, why do people know about it? It's classified as folk medicine, but you know, why would it even be considered well? How's an anti-venom created?

1307.704 - 1331.07 Jonathan Otto

Well, you take a species, let's say the tarantula, and then you take its venom and then you inject a large mammal over a period of time so it doesn't immediately kill it. And then as the blood is in the body and the immune system, all the processes working together, then defend and fight against that venom. Then they'll extract the blood and then filter that. And then that becomes the serum.
