What happened to Eileen Seiden?

And they were checked out by Monday morning with their bill all settled up. Of course, the motel staff at that point had no idea that their hotel room they were checking out of was a bloody crime scene. It wasn't until later that afternoon that the housekeeper went inside and noticed the red stain on the mattress, the furniture strewn about, and obviously something bad had happened there.
