Chapter 1: How did Dr. Steven Greer become interested in UFOs?
I don't even know how to get into this, but I'm just like... Yeah, like where do you even start? Right. When did your fascination with UFOs and extraterrestrials come?
When I was about eight or nine, I saw a UFO, pretty close range, broad daylight, and I knew what I was seeing. It was extraordinary. And so it ignited a lifelong interest.
Do you know how many species there are of ETs?
The best we can tell, there's at least 69 specific species. They seem to all be working together, but they're very concerned about our hostility. This planet's in real trouble. I have 762 whistleblowers. There have been four people working with me who have been killed.
Oh my gosh.
And I was almost killed 16 months ago. Wow. It's like a mafia.
Right.
I mean, these are thugs. All the alien abductions and mutilations, those are CIA psyops. How do you control people power? Fear. Fear. This is what they did with 9-11. Unfortunately, COVID was abused that way. Yes. These demagogues and control freaks know how to use fear to control the masses.
Dr. Stephen Greer, I'm so excited to have you on. I am legitimately such a big fan of yours.

Chapter 2: What are CE5 protocols and how can they be used?
And then I started an organization in 1990 to research this, but also to establish what we call CE5 contact, which is when humans initiate contact with non-human civilizations using a set of protocols. And we actually have an app, it's called CE5 Contact.
I'm excited you're gonna show me that at some point.
Yes, anyone can get it, use it. I was on the Demi Lovato, we took her out in the desert and we had the most amazing experiences with it. But that led to something very strange. In 1992 on a beach in Florida near Pensacola, we were doing this protocol and we were kind of vectoring in these ET craft and four appeared in the sky. Wow. One of them ended up on the front page of the Pensacola paper.
No way.
Which we did not expect. But that led me to another thing that happened. About a year later, President Clinton got elected president of the United States in 92. It took office in 93. And someone very close on his team, a friend of his, had followed what we were doing and wanted me to brief the administration and the CI director for the president. I get a FedEx.
Now, you have to understand, I'm a young doctor. I've never been in the government. Don't want to be. And I get this FedEx that says, you're going to be the first person to brief this administration and the CIA director on this problem.
Right.
And I thought, this cannot be true. I thought it was just a spy master trying to pick my brain because of stuff I had collected and intelligence and information and stuff from Northrop Grumman, my uncle's company. And it turned out that this was the tipping point for me. is I realized that there was an unconstitutional shadowy government running things that was fascist and corrupt
You just learned that in 92? In 93. Or 93.

Chapter 3: How did Dr. Greer get involved with government briefings on UFOs?
I can't wait.
It would get us off oil and gas and coal, nuclear power instantly, which means the environmental crisis, poverty around the world is solvable, has been solved already. But people who have hundreds of trillions of dollars in assets don't want that to happen. So a handful of people who are these uber oligarch folks, they're keeping the world in a state of, I call it,
sort of unknown slavery where and we're not only destroying the planet we're also keeping billions of people in poverty unnecessarily so when i realized that as a young doctor i devoted myself to being a doctor and trying to support a family and doing this so by day and night i'm an er doc and then i'm flying up to dc and europe and briefing world leaders on this issue so it's a fascinating life weird no yeah it was like through the looking glass well alice in wonderland
Yeah, we are.
Exactly.
So it really was through the looking glass.
And since 93, you've been briefing U.S.
presidents on their senior people and people on their team who I give the briefing document like the one I'm going to give you.
But don't you think that's insane that like you just said, you've never worked in the government before. You are an ER doctor by trade. And somehow this sort of falls into your lap. It's almost as if it's destined for you.

Chapter 4: What threats has Dr. Greer faced due to his UFO research?
So here I am.
And I also feel like maybe the more vocal you are, they would have some balls of steel to do something like that.
Well, here's the problem. I was so naive. So it's 1991. I have this old CIA guy approach me. He's like probably 80 years old. He says, Dr. Greer, here, if you're going to work on this, you've got to have millions of people know who you are or they'll just cut you down and you'll be the tree that fell in the woods nobody ever knew fell. And I went, really? So some things were done to get me on.
There used to be an old CNN anchor or interviewer named Larry King.
Yes.
So he had to show Larry King live and he did a special with me before. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. He was a fascinating guy. And but that was. 1994 and of course it's kind of disruptive to for a medical doctor to kind of step out on something this controversial back then now it's being talked about by the senate and the house and right the new york times but at that time it was like a
You're nuts if you're talking about UFOs, right? So it was kind of difficult for me to make that decision, too, because I said, well, I'm risking my medical license here. But it turned out I got no pushback medically at all.
Well, I also thought that was fascinating in the documentary, the National Enquirer aspect, because it really does make a good point that it's this tabloidy type of magazine and they would publicize stuff about UFOs, but it's sort of... Some people believe it, but it's like, oh, it's the inquirer. So you sort of get away with it.
It gets dismissed, too. Yeah, it reduces its credibility. So the way the intelligence community has worked on this is that they will have what are called NOCs, non-official cover. It'll be an editor at this network or this newspaper, and they will refuse to cover the facts on this. But they will divert it to a tabloid. Like National Enquirer, because it is inherently discrediting, right?

Chapter 5: How does the intelligence community handle UFO information?
It'll be something that would be much smaller than this table that would run this building at what's called the zero point energy field, which we can discuss what that is. And it would have no impact on the environment negatively. And it would also have zero cost for energy, none. So you're talking about free energy. And that is not an urban myth. That's true.
But it also means you're stepping on some very big gorilla's toes, right? So that then hits off all the national security alarm bells because... If you disclose that the UFOs are real, that we reverse engineered the ET ones, we have man-made ones flying around that most people misidentify as alien or ET, but when you unpack this, then you go, wow, we could have a beautiful new world.
We could have a world for my children, your children, our grandchildren, I have 12 grandchildren, that would have no pollution or poverty within 15 to 20 years. And if we don't make this change happen, where are we going? I mean, we're facing, I think, an extinction level event.
But do you think that like knowing all of this and knowing just how much big money is behind it, that this will ever get, will ever have full transparency?
I think we will. I think there is great sympathy for that that's bipartisan, nonpartisan, both in the Congress, the Senate and the House of people I'm meeting with, but also with people in the administration that's just come in. On the record, I'm completely nonpartisan. However, there are people who are coming in to this administration who
that are aware of the issue and are aware of what the Senate Intelligence and Armed Services Committee are trying to do to get amnesty in place to protect the whistleblowers we have. I have 762 whistleblowers. It's a huge number.
Huge number.
And, you know, some of them are redacted in the briefing document I'm going to give you because they don't want to be known publicly. And a number of them, as soon as they reached out to me, were either blackmailed or threatened to have their families killed. And so the other part of what we're recommending, I have five executive orders that I've provided to the White House that we need.
All right, let's be real. Have you ever had a dentist try and have a full-on conversation with you while your mouth is wide open, filled with tools? Like, hey, how was your weekend? Uh, oh really? That's great. Or maybe you've tried to see a therapist, but the only openings are at 2 p.m. on a Wednesday because, you know, who needs a job? Or how about this one?

Chapter 6: What is the significance of Roswell in UFO history?
So there it is. People ask where it is. I said, there it is, everything. More than is in the president's briefing document. So I think that when you look at that, you say, well, they seem to all be working together in various aspects of the mission to planet Earth, let's call it. None of them are hostile. But they're very concerned about our hostility. And let me tell you why.
Amongst each other.
Yeah. As a group.
Right.
The ET civilizations are very concerned of the direction we're going in. Right. So once we detonated the first atomic bomb, that's when it all started. It was not a coincidence that those UFOs over Roswell were there. In 1947, it was the only place on planet Earth that had atomic weapons stored.
Because in 1945, we... Detonated, the first one. Right, in New Mexico.
Yep, in White Sands.
Right.
And then, of course, we used it in World War II in Japan, Hiroshima and Nagasaki. But the only place in the world that had those weapons was Roswell Army Air Base. Wow. Roswell, New Mexico. And that's why they were there. Right. Why? Why? When we detonate an atomic or worse, a thermonuclear hydrogen bomb, it sends out, everyone's heard of an electromagnetic pulse. Right.

Chapter 7: Why are ET civilizations concerned about Earth's direction?
And at some point, we're going to have to forgive and forget the past and move forward. But it isn't going to happen by just kumbaya.
Right. But especially if it's coming from an educational perspective, too. If they're doing it to help, then we should be forgiving of that.
And they're very skilled folks in those programs. My uncle was not. My uncle was Northrop Grumman. He wasn't involved in that in Northrop Grumman, but I know people who are. And those special programs or projects at Lockheed Skunk Works and Northrop Grumman and Raytheon and EG&G and SAIC, and we know where they all are. Those need to be brought to bear to benefit humanity, and they can be.
So instead of targeting these ET craft, we could set up a system globally where we're making peaceful contact with them. In other words, what we're doing with CE5 Contact as sort of citizen ambassadors from humans to these people So that's what Demi really liked, the idea where you're a citizen diplomat from Earth to other. And anyone can do that.
And it's amazing the sightings and the things that have happened.
How did you know that you could do that?
Well, that came from that experience when I was 18.
Got it.
When I had this contact experience.
