Chapter 1: Who are the hosts of Meet the Moms podcast?
Hey, it's Jasmine. This podcast is brought to you by Q&A Network. Today on our first episode, we are just kind of introducing ourselves and jumping into our friendship, kind of like how we met, and a little bit about social media. We hope y'all enjoy. I'm Kelsey. I'm Jasmine. I'm Valerie. And I'm Ariel.
And we are For The Moms.
Three, two... Oh my gosh, all four. Are we live? Yeah, are we live? Tap, tap, tap. That was going to be our name. Moms on Tap. Moms on Tap. That was the name we were going to go with. Yeah. That was going to be our second name.
I kind of missed that one, though, you know? But this is fun. War of the Moms is perfect.
There was one more. It was Moms Unfiltered. Moms on Court. On Court. Moms on Court, but that was taken.
Yeah, Moms on Court was taken, so we couldn't do that. Moms on Tap was going to be our second. For the moms just kind of stuck out because we're for moms. And y'all, just because that's the name for the moms. It's not just for moms.
It's not just for moms. It's for everybody. It's F-O-U-R.
For the moms.
For the moms.

Chapter 2: How did the podcast For The Moms get its name?
We're trying to wheel her in.
They're going to find them some land eventually and they're going to move on over. And me and Valerie, we actually met on social media. So Kelsey and Ariel, I know in real life. Yep. That's so weird to say.
You're the TikTok friend. This is all fake right now.
It's just an illusion, okay? We're not here. Y'all know what I mean. Like, I knew them not from social media. Me and Val met, and just so happened, we're, like, from the same general area. So that kind of worked out. And now look at us.
Me and Jazz had our first lemon drop together.
We did. First lemon drop.
Okay, but how did y'all meet? Like, what was y'all's actual meeting?
Well, we went to dinner. It was the first time we met.
113 Restaurant.

Chapter 3: What is Jasmine's story behind starting the podcast?
Kelsey and Josh, they literally have one of each. Charlie is Josh's twin and Whitley.
Yes. I was just saying that the other day. I said, I'm looking at Charlie and I said she looks just like her daddy. Yeah. Whitley looks just like you. Yeah. But Charlie acts like you do.
People ask if they have the same dad. I'm like, yes. It is crazy, though. Genetics just happened at that point, okay? But I'm a stay-at-home mom. I used to work in a doctor's office. And I quit my job when I was, like, seven months pregnant for Charlie. And I've been home ever since. I enjoy staying home, cooking, cleaning, running the roads. That's pretty much it. We travel. We like to hang out.
We're pretty much always doing stuff together. Like, always. We...
i mean my kids are in dance josh she's a travel agent so if you need yeah i'm a travel agent i do specialize in disney booked our disney trip i do a lot of disney um i do cruises all inclusive um i've i do a couple things on the side so you ever need a travel agent hit me up yeah right um but that's pretty much it i'm not i don't have a very elaborate life um
She loves Mardi Gras.
Yes, I do. I do love Mardi Gras. Mardi Gras is my favorite holiday other than Halloween. I think Halloween would be my favorite. I do like Christmas, but I'm more of a Halloween girl.
Go ahead and add Easter too.
New Year's. Sound like my kids. But I would have to say Halloween is more of my favorite. We do way more for Halloween, I think. But like I said, me and Jasmine, we met through our husbands. We've been friends the longest. No offense, guys. No, I'm just kidding.

Chapter 4: How did the hosts of Meet the Moms meet each other?
100%.
But yeah, no, we will definitely have an episode on that. And hopefully it'll help some of y'all out. But no, there is definitely money to be made on social media. And that's why I push everybody. I am a girl's girl. And if I can tell you something about social media, I will. And I don't know if you want to share it. If not, tell them, cut it. But on that fact,
One of the... Early on in mine and Valerie's friendship, we were at the Jelly Roll concert. Mm-hmm. Sitting there eating dinner. Mahoney's. Josh's. Chicken wings. But we... You know, like, you don't really discuss money with people, right? That's just something you don't really talk about. Well, I feel like whenever you're doing social media, it can be a little different.
Especially, like, you know, if you become close with someone. Because, like... Especially if two friends don't know nothing about social media, you're going to try to share what we know, right?
Well, I mean, if you're real, you are the most helpful person. You will show anybody anything if they ask.
Yes, me and Valerie were sitting at dinner and I was like, Valerie, what are you charging for one?
Oh, I didn't know where this conversation was going. Yeah.
I was like, what are you charging for one partnership? And she was like, such and such. And I was like, absolutely not. You have more followers than me and this is what I am charging? You should be charging this.
And it's because, I mean, I appreciate companies reaching out to work with you and you feel like, oh. But I feel like they also take advantage. Yeah, and I don't want to... I feel like a little spoiled brat, like, oh, no, that's not enough.
