yep uh every 10 minutes is five miles so if you did 20 minutes it's 10 miles yeah how does that impact uh the micro impact plate basically is this it's tiny impacts helps release endogenous stem cells from your bottom of your tibia fibula all your legs down there and it helps you with your cardiovascular system blood flow lymphatic drain which is very important It also grounds you.
