Yes. Wow. Um, you know, if you take it for years, like a lot of different pills. Yeah. You get immune to it. Yeah, exactly. Um, so yeah, they either, either it stopped working or they can take it for medical reasons because of other medications or heart problems. And so they buy a pump. Yeah. So you can use them to get a harder, you know, a bigger and harder erection for sex. Okay. And actually, pumps existed before vagrant cells. Back in the days, that was the solution for erectile dysfunction. So these have been around for a while. A long time. It's extremely proven. Wow. I thought they were a newer thing.
Yeah. A lot of people don't know much about them. Most of the people I talk with, like random people about pumps, they have one reference from Austin Powers. They think it's a joke and that's fine. And that's what I'm here for. To rebrand the pump? To educate people, to let everyone know that, hey, this has medical benefits.
So that's the first reason they can't get it up. What are the other two reasons? Yeah. So the second reason why people use a pump, and these people are completely on the other end of the spectrum. I used to be one of those people. These are usually people who are younger. They don't have any erection problems. They just want to be bigger and harder. Yeah.
These are usually athletes, bodybuilders, or just people who are very ambitious, right? They want an edge in everything, including in the bedroom. Mm-hmm.
They just want to blow the girlfriend's mind in the bedroom. You know, they want to be her biggest and best in the bedroom. Yeah. Yeah. So I used to be one of those people. And the third group, and that's actually the biggest group of people, are people who are kind of in between.
They do a function, they can get an erection, but they start noticing that the erection is a little softer and a little smaller. They're usually in their mid-30s, 40s, 50s, right? And the thing is, they're right. The erection probably is soft. softer and smaller. Because after the age of 35, testosterone starts to drop. And when testosterone drops, so does erection quality, size, stamina.
That's just a part of it. When testosterone drops, your erectile tissue starts to atrophy and weaken. And your blood vessels in the penis shrink. So what's the outcome? You get softer erections and a smaller penis size. And that's something you should know. By the time you're 60, you will lose up to 20% of your penis size. Damn. Yeah. Chapter 6: What medical options exist for erectile dysfunction besides pumps?
Have you ever heard of Trimix? No. Okay. So Trimix is an injection that you basically have to stab yourself in the dick every time you want to have sex. What? Yeah. This is not like PRP or anything like that. Every single time you want to have sex, you have to inject yourself. It sounds painful.
It is. It's painful. And you know what? The long-term effects of it, it's actually bad because when you repeatedly inject yourself with stuff, you actually create damage. Yeah. So... Eventually that stops to work too, because you create scarring in your erectile tissue. It can lead to curvature, right? Things like that. And it can become ineffective for that reason.
And so when Trimix doesn't work anymore, you go back to your doctor and your doctor is going to just tell you, okay, the next step is to cut open your dick. Yep. The next step is a very serious surgery where they put an inflatable device in your penis. to create an artificial erection. Wow. It's not even your erection.
So every time you want an erection, you have to press something in your scrotum to kind of shift fluid into that device, right? And it's, again, it's not even your erection. So it doesn't feel as good. It's not as stiff. It's just something that, you know, people do because they have to. They don't have any other choice, right?
Not to mention that surgery has very, very serious potential side effects, right? Like the risk of infection. I've seen in one of those conferences, I've seen pictures of what it looks like when one of the surgery patients doesn't go well when the patient gets infected. It's horrifying. Do not ever Google that kind of procedure, surgery, or what an infection looks like.
You will be horrified for life. Oh, man. So, yeah. So, you know, again, pills are temporary. Trimix, you're just creating scarring tissue. It's, These all sound terrible compared to a pump.
They are, yes, exactly. And these are the three solutions that urologists offer their patients. And the thing is, there are better solutions out there, right? Now, just to be clear, I'm not... I'm not against pills or anything like that, right? If you want a pill for a weekend getaway, you need an extra boost, that's fine.
But as far as taking it regularly, I would recommend to push it for as long as you can. Yeah. Yeah. Because you don't want to rely on it.
Exactly. Yeah. And you don't want to go down that path where it stops working and you move on to the next step. Right. Yeah. And, you know, this is all unfortunate. It's kind of typical. You know, our medical system is built to keep you dependent instead of addressing the root cause of the problem. Right.

Chapter 7: What are the risks and drawbacks of ED injections like Trimix?

Huge change, yes. Yeah, and as a software engineer, you sit down a lot, right? So I would just sit down in my office, program while wearing the extender under my pants with other people in the office. No one knows. No one ever called you out? Nope, absolutely not. Wow. That's nice, man. Don't do it. What are some myths you see on social media about this type of stuff? I think the first myth is that people don't believe it works. And it does. I mean, you used it yourself. You grew from it. You probably know hundreds of people that have used it. Oh, way more than a hundred. I know tens of thousands of people who have used it.
And all of them experienced some growth? Yes. Almost all of them. There is the occasional person who doesn't, but it's extremely rare. And actually, we're the only company that offers some more guidance. I mean, some instructions, and I'll get to that. And coaching, right? So to get the benefits from a pump, you need three things.
You need a high quality pump, something that's medical grade, something with a pressure gauge, because you need to know what pressure you're applying. Otherwise you can hurt yourself. And you definitely need a custom sized cylinder or cylinder that is sized for you. And let me just show you something real quick. This is something I know that not everybody can see it, but I'll try to describe it.
This is, there's a squishy gasket at the bottom of the cylinder. All pumps out there use a one-size-fits-all kind of mechanism. And this is how they do it. They use an oversized cylinder and they give you this, right? The squishy part. And so that becomes a one-size-fits-all. But when you put your penis inside, it just prevents you from expanding and it restricts blood flow.
Now, the whole point of a pump is to bring blood flow to your penis. So if you're restricting blood flow, What's the point? Right. You're literally preventing yourself from growing, right?
