Chapter 1: How did Fresh and Fit Start?

17.714 - 23.796 Host

Versus if you chase success and be the best version of yourself at the beginning, you're going to always have women in your corner no matter what you do.

0

26.738 - 30.5 Host

All right, guys. Got fresh out here in Vegas. Finally out here, man. Back in Vegas, man.

0

Chapter 2: What are the pitfalls of chasing women?

30.54 - 33.342 Host

Glad to be with Sean Kelly, the legend himself. We're on the podcast.

0

33.382 - 41.407 Host

Let's go, man. No, when I was starting the show, you were one of the shows I studied. So it's like a full circle moment for me. That's dope, bro. I mean, you guys paved the way. You've been at it for a while now, right?

0

Chapter 3: How can you avoid financial mistakes?

41.727 - 47.03 Host

Yeah, it's four years running. We came out of nowhere during COVID and came with some bangers.

0

47.461 - 48.882 Host

Yeah, and you film almost every day, right?

0

49.142 - 50.762 Host

Seven days a week for two years straight.

0

50.802 - 53.343 Host

That's nuts, dude. There's shows that drop one episode a week.

0

53.583 - 62.126 Host

We need to take a break. Could you imagine your favorite TV show airing seven days a week every day for two years straight? Who does that?

62.387 - 63.947 Host

For real. And you guys are live, too.

64.347 - 67.829 Host

And we do it live. So when we mess up, we stutter, we say certain things, it's all there.

68.249 - 71.25 Host

Do you think that's part of the reason why you guys get a lot of criticism because you're live?

72.13 - 81.112 Host

That too, because you can't correct or edit out the things that you say that may be a little bit too crazy. But I think it's real, you know? Keeping it real does have a lot of longevity with your audience too.

Chapter 4: What is house hacking and how does it work?

85.133 - 94.034 Host

I think we're worse than the guests, honestly. Well, mine's worse than the guests, I think so. But either way, it's part of the game, you know? Being live is a good and bad.

0

94.354 - 97.695 Host

Absolutely. There's so many YouTubers trying to put you guys against each other too.

0

98.424 - 117.455 Host

Yeah, I've seen it recently. They've been saying that I don't like Myron. Myron doesn't like me. This is like... No. Could you imagine you grew up with a brother, right? And for whatever reason, people are like, oh, your brother's bad. I don't speak bad about my family. And to me, he's family.

0

117.475 - 130.008 Host

So, like, whatever people got to say about me, how I react, obviously, I'm going to agree with everything he says. But vice versa. I mean, we're two different people. However, the trust is there. The bond is there. And I can break that with some comments on some narrative push on YouTube. Like, come on, bro.

0

130.268 - 136.032 Host

Yeah. Really? Yeah, you guys have been tight for a while. How long have you been friends with each other? Four years. Oh, so you met on the show?

136.172 - 153.283 Host

We met before the show. So what happened was I did a podcast with my friend, SoloTV84. He's a YouTuber from back in the day. He's still doing stuff here and there, but not so much. And he did a podcast with him as well. So we did it separately. And he said, yo, listen, you guys are in the same city. You should link up. Now, back then, he was doing fitness videos. I was doing more like prank videos.

153.984 - 170.838 Host

But at the same time, it was like we were aligned with the girl content, like, for example, dating and real estate. So you know what? You guys would be a good fit. So we had a call on Instagram for like an hour talking back and forth about real estate, girls. And then he's like, you know what? You're in the same city as me. Let's get dinner right now in person. So we meet up for dinner.

170.858 - 191.293 Host

That's what I call top 42 in Midtown. We talk for like two hours straight back and forth. Just connecting. You know what? Let's do our own podcast. Fuck it. So we did a podcast two days later. It does pretty well. I think it was 10 ways to know your woman is like lying, something like that. And we did one about cold approach versus social media dating game. And people liked it.

191.313 - 196.956 Host

So we said, you know what, let's do some more weekly. We did two a week and three a week. We've got our own studio. The rest is history at that point.

Chapter 5: What lessons were learned from luxury car investments?

Chapter 6: How does networking influence success?

Chapter 7: What are the insights on cryptocurrency and investments?

47.461 - 48.882 Host

Yeah, and you film almost every day, right?

0

49.142 - 50.762 Host

Seven days a week for two years straight.

0

50.802 - 53.343 Host

That's nuts, dude. There's shows that drop one episode a week.

0

53.583 - 62.126 Host

62.387 - 63.947 Host

64.347 - 67.829 Host

That too, because you can't correct or edit out the things that you say that may be a little bit too crazy. But I think it's real, you know? Keeping it real does have a lot of longevity with your audience too.

81.592 - 84.892 Host

Yeah, because some of your guests probably say some wild stuff and you can't edit it out, you know?

Chapter 8: How do personal experiences shape dating perspectives?

246.155 - 267.081 Host

Yeah. So back in the day, I made a point to say that because I wanted to get clicks and go a little more viral. But looking back on it, it's not the best thing you want to push out there, right? And to be honest, bro, I think the experience taught me a lot about dating itself and women. That's why, like, it was so fresh, your pushover. No, it's that I don't care. Because I...

0

268.339 - 279.901 Host

the more women I've been with and what I've learned is like, dude, this right here has taught me that like, I don't have to give a shit because it's not my girl. So why am I going to give this much energy and thought to it because it's not my girl.

0

280.281 - 288.983 Host

So that, and then just being like experienced with, you know, with dating, I think it's a blessing in a way, but to survive this long is a blessing too.

0

289.183 - 294.224 Host

Absolutely. Speaking of energy, a lot of guys spend a lot of energy chasing girls, man. It's like a full-time job.

0

295.144 - 297.365 Host

So I'll put it this way.

297.887 - 319.095 Host
