what's crazy is we talk about this all the time we have literally manifested this whole business so like meeting you meeting him right meeting everybody we met was literally just a conversation we had two weeks before it happened damn you know so we'll we'll say something like wouldn't that be cool if and then it happens yeah

Well, let's start from the beginning. We actually were going to start with a supplement line, and this just seemed to be a little bit easier to get started as far as sourcing ingredients and stuff like that, and so...
so my background i coach professional bodybuilders so i have like a knowledge of nutrition and stuff and i took i read medical studies on ingredients and things like that and i only put in here something that i would be okay with giving myself or one of my athletes right and so i just literally forgot your question basically how'd you start the the company and uh
