Chapter 1: What is the Wake Up Warrior movement about?
Warrior as a process became a commitment to helping guys shift from lying to living. Guys will lie about how much money they want. They'll lie about the situation with their kids. And they just lie. So the first wave is how do you get guys to tell the truth? How do you know what to believe and what not to believe?
Yeah, there's a lot of information these days. That's a good question. I mean, there's a lot of bullshit too.
Like, how do you know? Like, if you're on social media, you're on TikTok, you're on Instagram, you're on any news outlet, how do you know when you're reading bullshit or you're not reading bullshit? Right. How do you know if your beliefs are right or they're wrong? How do we even know what truth is? So we stripped away the word truth because it was just all over the place.
We just said, what are the facts?
All right, guys, Garrett J. White here from Wake Up Warrior. We are in Las Vegas. This man's about to speak in front of 5,000 people. Thanks for coming on.
I appreciate it, man. I'm excited to be here.
Yeah, we've been talking for a while, trying to set this up.
Yeah, I know. It's been a minute. We was in California, and then moved to Miami, and now we're in Vegas, and here we go.
Yeah, you're doing God's work, helping these men out, man.

Chapter 2: Why do young men and older men struggle differently?
And then you have situations that we're facing as a consequence of the way we were raised that are now trying to heal. So like, it's like, how do you get the young men who see truth actually better than old men? Like social media and digital, the digital world has created an ability for my kids to debate shit with me. Like we could, you can debate shit because you guys have access to all this.
I mean, you got chat, GBT, you've got all the social media. My kids keep me more updated on politics than I can even keep myself updated on politics from TikTok. I don't know how groundworthy that content is. What did we had? We had the encyclopedia botanica and none of us fucking read. So like, we weren't going to read the encyclopedia.
We knew our world at that time was like this really small, singular thing. So whatever mom and dad said. And what you knew in your neighborhood and what you knew at your school, that was it. We didn't even know people at other schools. The idea of traveling, the idea that other dudes were rich, you didn't have point of view. We had nothing. We were poor. We grew up with other poor kids.
We went to the same school. We didn't see anything else. We didn't have anything to cross-reference it against. You guys get to see all the young dudes with Bugattis and Ferraris and all the money and the wealth and the possibility. So it's a blessing for the young men. Because they get to see this possibility we never could see. We had no possibility. It was just who you know.
That's why there's so many more wealthy young people than there were when we grew up. Technology's allowed that, but also just the perspective. The older guys, though, are fucked in a different way. So the fuck over here is that nothing's ever good enough for the young guys. And everybody thinks they should have all the shit right now. I'm 25.
I should drive Ferraris and Lamborghinis because I saw 25 guys around the world who are doing this. That is not the experience of 99% of young men, but they all feel like they should. The boys are also trapped there because these women, their age, are now dating guys my age. So they're trapped in a dating chaotic place too, because like, well, how do I deal with this over here?
Because most of the girls my age are hanging out with guys that are two decades older than me. And let's phrase it, a 28 year old guy is not gonna compete with a 52 year old who's bankrolling hundreds of millions of dollars. Like there's no competition. That's the wisdom, the experience, the patience. This guy, the young guy is gonna be triggered to shit, young, stallion.
And the old guy's like, hey bro, I've already played this game. This girl's fun. They don't react to the same shit with these young girls. So you're seeing this weird thing unfold. But our focus has really been trying to help married dudes. Although the principles of Warriors Way work for all guys. It's how do you help a married guy who has been married for 20 years, 15 years.
He's got two, three, four kids. He's running a business. He has a wife. He has kids. He's entered what we call the trifecta of insanity. And it's tough because the kids today trying to raise children today is insane because it's totally different. Our, any counselor, our parents gave us out the window and my mom's 74, her counselors just take their phones away. I'm like, yeah.

Chapter 3: How can marriages survive infidelity?
But the question is, once I expose the lies in myself, so most people want to expose the lies in everyone else. Right, right. Oh, look at Sam. I found this shit out about him. I knew it. Meanwhile, they ignore all the bullshit that's going on in them. That's all social media commenting. Just fucking chaos of people. Just projection in its highest form.
People are just full of shit, hate their lives, miserable with themselves. Here's my purpose. Oh, I'll just persecute Sam because I don't like his hair. I don't like his glasses. When in truth, when I look in the mirror, all I see is a worthless piece of shit that's not doing anything with his life. And so instead of confronting that truth, I'm going to just point it at you.
Married guys don't do that. The older dudes don't fucking around on social media. They just project it on their wives. So all the pain, all the pressure, there'll be one way in business and then come home and dump it on her. Dump it on the kids. And that's what I did. I didn't know any other way. It's called reactivity. And it's very difficult.
Because you've got guys who've been scarred for decades trying to figure this game out. Sexless marriages, horrendously high. These guys are married, they've committed to one vagina, and they're having sex once every two to three weeks. And when they're having it, it's vaginal masturbation. But dudes are driven by sex. Period. Doesn't matter if you're taking tea or not. Right?
Guys want to have sex. And men who are married want to have sex with their wives. The problem is most guys have fucked this up so bad in how they've dealt with their wife that she has shut down and turned off. So then comes the next challenge. These guys get a divorce. And this woman they were with who was pushing away sex forever, all of a sudden... becomes a complete slut.
Fucks nine guys in the next two months, goes to the gym, gets fit, and he's looking at me going, what the fuck? All I wanted was to have sex with this woman. I chose her. And now she's down the street having sex with dudes at the bar, going to the fucking club, going to parties with her friends, acting like she's 20 years old and fucking everybody.
And that was the truth we revealed at Warrior, which is inside every woman, every woman, not one exception, is a slut and a stripper. But we look at slut as a bad conversation. It just means a woman that wants to come and have sex, she wants to be sexual. That's the technical definition of being a slut. That's what we just made it such a bad thing. But women want it.
My wife and I sat in therapy, like 2016. And we were at this breaking point with sex and intimacy because I was like, this thing's either gonna turn or we're gonna be done. Now, my wife came back to me two years ago, we'll talk about it in a second, and confronted me and said, you're either going to shit this way or we're fucking done. But I'd put it online and said, I want sex.
And that's a hard part for guys to acknowledge. It's like, I want to have sex. As weird as this sounds. Yeah, they're like ashamed to say that, right? Completely. It feels weird. You're like, so guys will put it off like it doesn't really matter. It doesn't matter. And if you do that with money, you don't make any money. If you do it with sex, you don't have sex.

Chapter 4: What is the key to unlocking true masculinity?
I rip 47 podcasts every 45 minutes and this is how I do life. And I'm like, the fuck? Well, that's not how I do it. Which way's right? They're both right. So getting a guy to come into truth and see his facts is like your facts are what they are. Here's what your body looks like. Take your clothes off and stand in the mirror. What do you see?
What do the facts of your behaviors with your body tell you?
Andy Elliott does a great job of that.
He does. And by the way, I went into his place in Scottsdale and was like, let me see how committed he is to this six-pack game. There's one fat dude. That's it. And he was a dude who had just hired for camera gun. And I asked him, I said, so you're the anomaly here. There's like 150 people on the campus. Everybody was either lean and shredded or jacked and juiced. Wow. Everyone.
It was fucking crazy. Everyone. His standards are legit. And I said, how did you get on the team, bro? He's like, they gave me six months. He's like, I have to lose all this. I'm 22 pounds down. I have to lose all this or I get fired. I was like, cool. So your body is a place. How do I deal with that? In your 20s is one thing.
After two and a half decades of running businesses and having children and being married, most dudes just give up. My age group, almost 50. It's a fucking bloodbath of fat dudes. Yeah. Just all the casinos around here are filled with dudes in suits and meetings. Every single one of them wearing suits because they're covering up 30 or 35 pounds of body fat. They don't like what they look like.
They don't like how they feel. But the world's giving them a hall pass.
Because of money.
Because of money. Oh, you made money. You're good. Even women will give them a hall pass. Oh, you make money? You're good. But that piece and owning that piece is part of the bigger picture of what we play at Warrior. Right. Because your body is part of the big picture of your dominion as a man. How do you discipline your body? How do you deal with your body? Second piece is being.

Chapter 5: How does one find purpose and intuition in life?
Was it like a weekend? Were you having a moment? Were you on a podcast and you thought it?
It was during my lowest moment, actually.
In a dark place? Yeah. What was going on?
Just no purpose in life. I had a ton of money, but no friends, no family support, and no meaning at the time.
It's heavy.
Yeah, just a ton of cash, and I didn't even know what to do.
Yeah. We were driving around in Golden Beach when we moved to Miami, and I took the whole week off for Christmas. And we got this golf cart with like six seats on it. My wife thought it was too big, but I was like, no, we're going to roll the whole crew in. It'll be good. So we can drive to the neighborhood and go to the private beach where we live.
And we'd been doing this for like five or six days straight and I didn't work at all, I didn't do anything. By like the sixth day I was like, if this was my life, I'd fucking shoot myself in less than a month. Like, this is horrible. And people are like, how is that possible? You have all the cars you want. You have a beautiful wife. You have a beautiful house. You've got all the things.
You've got all the impact. You've got all the influence. You've got all these things. You run big events. You influence all these people. And yeah, for that week, I had a purpose that was amazing for about four days, which is porn to my kids and my wife. So guys tell me, my only purpose in life is to porn to my children and my wife. Liars. It doesn't last. Yeah, I don't buy that.

Chapter 6: How did Garrett J. White find his purpose?
No senses of purpose because there's no service. And the only way in the second chapter of life to be able to feel that life matters is to begin to give back. It's to serve. Coach, guide, inspire, mentor. That's why there's so many people not getting it. your fastest path to become the next version of you was to create this. This was all about you.
1,400.
1,400 people. It wasn't about them. It was about you. You created a game that we all got to play in to help you.
Wow, that's deep. But you're right, though. It is a form of therapy for me.
100%, because I know what it is to talk to that many people, too.
70,000 coaches.
You can get to hear their stories and you see their fucked up shit and their great shit. And the whole time, guess who's learning? You. And who else? You as the host have the greatest advantage of anyone on the show.
Because every day, you get to have people who have done some shit, fucked up a bunch of shit, roll in here with you, and you get to hear wisdom poured out as you're taking notes on your page. It's beautiful. This is what happened to me. My life got better because I got to look into the lives of 70,000 men. Next week, almost 100 of my top guys will roll into Miami.
I get to see into their businesses, into their marriages, into their children's lives, into their money, into their spirituality, into their body. I get to see into the world and I see how they're fucking it up. Once you see it so much, you start to see patterns. Just like mass data gives us patterns. Algorithms are patterns. We see patterns in what's happening. The universe is a perfect pattern.
