Chapter 1: What led Jacob to seek deliverance?
kind of went down this journey of trying to seek deliverance. And everywhere I kind of asked was like, what are you talking about, dude? Like, you're a Christian, you can't have a demon. First one I did, ineffective deliverance. Seeked another, I was like, no, I got to keep seeking. Another ineffective deliverance. Finally, I'm reading this book, Holy Spirit Led.
It is one of the most true books I've ever read and the most impactful book on my life. This chick that wrote this book, Eleanor, is the only person that's going to be able to help me. If Eleanor cannot help me, no one can help me, and I don't have demons, and that's that. Sure enough... Demon skin cash out of me left and right.
All right, guys, we got Jacob here from Arizona. Thanks for flying in today, man. Thank you for having me, Sean. This is amazing. Yeah, and I know you're crushing it on business and you're getting started with your social media journey. So this is good timing to get your message out.
Yeah, seriously, I'm eternally grateful for you having me. And I was just like, the first question I was curious, like what made me attracted to like be on the show?
Chapter 2: How did Jacob transition from music to a faith-driven life?
Yeah, I stumbled across your content and I felt like what you were providing on the videos was valuable. Heck yeah. And we'll dive into that. Thank you, dude. What compelled you to start posting on social media?
Chapter 3: What is the importance of self-reflection in entrepreneurship?
Uh, it first transpired when I was doing my music project, Triton. Um, and that was ended at like 2023. I was really posting a ton of content, like to drive traffic to my music. And then I determined it wasn't really a good fruit in my life. So then I kind of veered away from the music project and then started kind of coming back to Christ.
And then I realized I looked at my social media page and I had nothing on there about Christ. And I was like, Hmm, That was a big wake up call for me. So, yeah.
Chapter 4: How did Jacob start Aquatots swim schools?
So you wanted to make it in the music industry?
Chapter 5: What near-death experiences has Jacob faced?
Yeah, I was slowly making my way up. I got to about like 30,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. I got like 8,000 on Insta and slowly was growing. Just determined it wasn't a good fruit. You can do music the right way. I just clearly wasn't. So, and then I turned and stopped from it. Were you making Christian music?
No, I was making really heavy electronic dance music, a lot of dubstep, psytrance, which not all of it's bad. It's just you got to use a lot of discernment in that. And I think over a long time, the Lord kind of showed me that the stuff I was making wasn't a good fruit in my life.
Yeah, because that's a totally different lifestyle than what you got now.
Oh yeah. Yeah. And I do think you can go to music festivals. You can enjoy it, have a good time. And it's totally healthy in some areas, just not all. So a lot of the music I was creating, deal with a lot of like spirit of heaviness, anger, wrath, murder, all of this stuff. And yeah, it was later revealed to me down the road, but after I deleted it, but yeah, some heavy stuff, heavy stuff.
Yeah. See, I knew those topics were present in hip hop and rap. I didn't know that infiltrated EDM.
It's every genre of music. So there's good stuff and there's bad stuff. So I think one of the things that really frustrated me in the beginning was a lot of people would be like, all electronic dance music is demonic. And that's clearly not true. You've got to use discernment and what is, what isn't. I don't know all the answers.
I just know that mine wasn't a good fruit and it wasn't impacting the people that I wanted to have an impact. Right.
Yeah. So I'm big on frequencies. So I actually, if I sense the music is kind of not a good frequency or demonic or whatever, I stopped listening to it.
Yeah. And you've got that, like almost like that sixth sense that's kind of whisper into you and it's like a gut feeling about it. It's just not it.

Chapter 6: What does repentance mean in Jacob's journey?
Well, most people aren't even aware of the frequency of the damage that certain music can do to your subconscious. Yeah.
The ignorance is not good. Yeah. And that's what, I mean, that's what I was. I was ignorantly creating it. And then I was like, oh, I just looking back on it. It was so stupid.
Well, you didn't know at the time it's, it's a lesson, right? Now you can reflect on it. Some people never reach that stage.
Exactly. And I, I felt like I had to do some major repenting. Cause like one, not only was I making it too, I was also then having 30,000 people listening to it as well too. And I was like, oh gosh.
Yeah. That was. So when you say repenting, what does that process look like?

Chapter 7: How does Jacob balance business and spirituality?
Um, primarily like confession to the Lord, like acknowledging first that like, Hey, that was wrong. And then asking for forgiveness and being sorry for it. And I do think that you can have a personal confession with the Lord, which is really, really good, but also with your, your brothers and sisters is good too. So yeah, I got a nice, we call it Jesus club. It's once a month.
It's like a little round table that we do. We just meet, talk about the Lord, share, do life together, break bread. It's wonderful.
So. So you had to get vulnerable and confess to your fellow friends about it. And you were probably uncomfortable about it, right?
Oh, man, yeah, I broke down in tears, honestly. Yeah, I was so, like... I was, yeah, I was really, I was broken by this for a long time. It took me a really long time. I stopped listening to like all music. I was like, I went super legalistic. I was like, all music is terrible. All music is demonic. This is terrible. But then I kind of cooled back from it after that.
So it was like, at first I went super legalistic and then I kind of moved from there and I'm like, ah, okay.
Wow. Appreciate the honesty, man. Oh, of course. Yeah. Yeah. I think a group of people around you is important. You guys meet up once a month. It's important to have people you could trust.
Of course we got the, so I got Jesus club. That's a once a month thing. And then we have happy hour. That's our weekly men's Bible study, which shout out to all my guys on there. I love you guys. And then just daily devotion as well too. But those are the two like kind of men's group that we got going on. Nice.
What's daily devotion?
Oh, that's just, I use this term, it's called happy and happy out. So from aqua dots, it's happy and happy, I was checking in with the customer, it's creating the aqua dots experience. And it's really making everybody feel heard, valued and appreciated and welcome into the space. And I kind of just take that same concept in principle and applied it to my relationship with Christ.

Chapter 8: What strategies does Jacob recommend for protecting your spirit?
Tim Ferriss, four-hour work week, baby. Classic. Richard Branson, too. I feel like he's chilling. He's not working as hard as he used to. It's just smarter work. That's all you got to do. So yeah, I do love those guys though. They're great. Yeah. That's my goal down the road. Cause I am in all honesty working 80 hours a week right now.
Dude, that's epic though.
You're crushing it. Yeah, dude. I see you cranking out all these episodes. It's cool. Yeah. But my logic is I don't have kids yet. I don't have a family other than my fiance. So I want to put in that work now, build up some resources. That way when I have kids, they're not stressed.
Providing and protecting.
It's amazing, dude. And I've had, I think it's important to have these conversations with your significant other beforehand. Make sure they're on the same page. Of course. Because I see a lot of couples fighting and I think that's lack of communication for the most part. Big time, big time. How many kids you want? I want at least two, man. Two? What about you?
Oh, gosh. I originally wanted three. That's where I started. And then I started and was like, you know, I think back on times when we were on a cruise with my family and like how fun it was with my older brother, my younger brother. And I was like, imagine if there was like five of us.
Damn.
24, 24.
Yeah. You could probably pull it off still. Yeah, if you find one in the next five years, I'd say it's doable, right? Yeah, inshallah, God willing. Yeah, we'll see.
