Chapter 1: What common toxins should I be concerned about?

34.905 - 39.347 Host

Yeah, we're over there at A4M and all the events that are going on. Let's go.

0

39.427 - 40.927 Host

I've never been to A4M.

0

40.947 - 49.151 Host

Have you been going to those? It's huge. I used to speak there and I haven't in a while, but for no other reason, just doing other things. But it's a great event.

0

49.251 - 52.072 Host

Yeah. Yeah. You've been in the space for a while. People think you just came out of nowhere.

0

52.192 - 69.236 Host

Yeah, it's true. 20 years of teaching doctors, right? You're right. It's like, unless you show up on social media, and the only reason I'm there is because of my kids, by the way. You know, my son Simon makes me do a certain amount of videos. He follows me around. Otherwise, yeah, I would still be teaching doctors somewhere. I love it.

69.356 - 94.513 Host

Do you feel like people are more receptive these days to your advice? Oh, yeah. It was such a battle in the early days, right? And now people are open to it. Look, you know, Back then, even 20 years ago, you just didn't have the amount of thyroid conditions, people without energy, people needing medication and stimulants. And today, I mean, it's the majority of people.

94.553 - 114.648 Host

If you have 10 people in a room, I promise you 8 out of 10 have major complaints today. Here's the problem, though. People think it's normal now because it's so common that people are just walking around with the lights turned down and it's become like normal until you turn the lights up and they go, oh my gosh, I didn't even know life could be this. Your generation, I fear for, right?

Chapter 2: How can I detox from heavy metals?

114.688 - 129.001 Host

We have this massive rise in autoimmune. We have rises in cancer rates. We just, and also just the unexplainable stuff. right? The hormone dysregulation and the brain fog, anxiety, can't sleep. Your generation is plagued with this, but there's a reason.

0

129.021 - 136.407 Host

Right. I think we've gotten so used to it, right? Because it wasn't like an overnight thing. It was like gradual. Absolutely. Now we're just like used to the lifestyle. Yeah.

0

136.687 - 154.848 Host

Absolutely. You know, people blame social media for a lot of it, but I mean, look, social media is good and bad. I'm not making an argument either way here, but what I'm saying is it's more than that. Your generation is just being crushed with certain types of toxins that we'll get into and talk about. The body can only take so much. Right.

0

155.089 - 174.778 Host

You know, before it, the bucket overflows, as I say, and then the symptoms start. And then if you have them long enough, they become normal until boom, you know, you get a diagnosis and then what? Which toxins are you the most worried about? Look, you know, heavy metals are a big deal. There's different neurotoxins.

0

174.798 - 195.612 Host

And what I mean by that is these are toxins that go into your brain, into your nerve tissue. They're not normal toxins. They're absolutely deadly and ruin lives. Mercury ruined mine. So I'm always worried about mercury. You know, aluminum is a big one today. And here's the problem with that. We have gained a lot of mercury from our parents. Okay. And the reason why it's generational.

196.292 - 215.769 Host

So ladies, the number of fillings you have in your mouth, is proportional to how much mercury is found in the baby's brain. Wow. Yeah, and that's called the DRASH study. It's a German study that they did. It was the first to correlate that. So that mercury goes into the baby. And that was an autopsy study. So you're talking about really accurate measurement here.

216.549 - 241.432 Host

So those silver fillings, by the way, have 50% mercury. Okay, so that's where it starts, from the womb, but it's also from the tomb, like all these mercury sources today. But aluminum has just been like this in the last 10 years. One of the surprising places is that they actually use it as an additive in jet fuel. And so this nano particles of aluminum are falling from the sky.

241.452 - 265.14 Host

Of course, the industry's saving billions of dollars, I'm sure, right? But we're being affected by aluminum that's falling down in our water and food supply. You put mercury and aluminum together, the lethal dose value raises. Okay, these are both neurotoxins that go deep into the brain, right? And they drive inflammation. And then we'd have the first sign, brain fog, can't think, right?

265.18 - 280.927 Host

It's like, you know, those types of stuff. But then it can become more serious. And I think that's what we're seeing. But this synergy of these two metals is absolutely deadly. So I'm very highly concerned about that. I'm concerned about the amount of plastic that we're consuming right now.

Chapter 3: What are forever chemicals and why are they dangerous?

300.305 - 317.5 Host

360.658 - 384.864 Host

Okay, so the new study that just came out, they're talking about a teaspoon of plastic. Okay, teaspoon of plastic. They're finding in autopsies in the brain. Wow. This particular study, they looked at autopsies. They looked at bodies from 2016 to 2020. And what we've seen is every year there's a rise. And like, so, I mean, like this stuff's accumulating in people.

0

384.924 - 404.375 Host

Like, so that meaning like the further, you know, we are on the scale, 24 is worse than the next year. Right. So it's every year people are getting more and more plastic in their brain every year. I mean, a teaspoon of plastic, that's driving inflammation. Oh, then we're already exposed to mercury and aluminum. No wonder we have all these people walking around brain fog.

404.415 - 414.598 Host

No wonder we have thyroid conditions soaring because all of those things disrupt thyroid hormone, our hormones in general, and just simply keep us from feeling like ourselves.

414.898 - 416.399 Host

And IQ levels are dropping pretty fast.

416.459 - 441.669 Host

Oh, yeah, and IQ levels. Okay, I know there's so much controversy around or about fluoride right now, because one of the things that Bobby Kennedy, Robert Kennedy Jr., has stepped out and said is, we're going to get rid of fluoride. My gosh, you think that, this guy's a studied guy. I know him personally. He wouldn't come off with such an outlandish thing if there wasn't a reason to.

442.069 - 465.871 Host

Fluoride, for years, has been shown to affect IQ in children. For years, the development of the brain. For years, it's been linked to different cancers. Why do you think our government protective bodies have decreased the allowable amount in water supply? 2011, it dropped it down to 0.7. And just recently, I think in September, literally, the FDA is going, okay, wait a minute.

Chapter 4: How do everyday items contribute to toxin exposure?

501.334 - 505.159 Host

Yeah, I remember growing up, they said New York had the best tap water. Yeah, no, it's true.

0

505.199 - 507.501 Host

It comes from an aquifer and they don't have to treat it.

0

507.541 - 512.788 Host

Yeah, there's a huge aquifer that sits on the city. But by now, it's probably so bad for you, right?

0

512.908 - 535.188 Host

Yeah, I mean, because again, you're getting other people's hormones. I mean, I'm oversimplifying it, but if your neighbor's taking estrogen, you're drinking your water, so are you. It's not that simple, but you know what I'm saying. Meaning you're taking in a lot of drugs that are in the water, the filtration systems that it goes through. It's not meant to filter out those types of things, right?

0

535.228 - 556.61 Host

And then they're adding the fluoride. Oh, and then you're getting the aluminum. right from the jet fuels. So the point I'm making is we have to minimize what's coming in and we can take responsibilities, right? You better be filtering your water with an RO unit, better be making better choices. You're drinking out of glass, That's exactly right. I showed up here immediately.

557.17 - 580.204 Host

My wife and I are looking for glass, even though the hotel gives us plastic. I don't want that plastic. And by the way, males, testicles, every male, they're finding plastic. Lowest testosterone in the history of man. Lowest sperm counts. in the history of humanity, right? And we have plastic in every tissue of our body. And this recent one showing how much is in our brain. Disgusting.

580.904 - 582.966 Host

We better turn down the nozzle we're taking in.

583.226 - 585.628 Host

Have you seen any methods of getting rid of the plastics in the body?

585.989 - 609.694 Host

Well, look, you know, this is what I've taught for 20 years, you know, how to get rid of this stuff in the tissue. I believe... It's the most important thing we can do to live longer healthy, honestly, is to be really just have a know-how of how to get this stuff out of our tissues. So what I've been teaching doctors for 20 years is how we upregulate our cells. Upregulate, what does that mean?

Chapter 5: What role does diet play in detoxification?

2294.335 - 2302.958 Host

Look, if you got new ones every two days, it would be one thing, right? But the fact is, is they're there for weeks, right? And these things, then people throw them in the dishwasher.

0

2303.018 - 2303.538 Host

That's gross.

0

2303.558 - 2309.2 Host

But the study showed it didn't kill them because it just tucked in, you know, deeper into the... I love the scrub daddies.

0

2309.24 - 2310.72 Host

But when I saw that video, I was like, damn.

0

2310.74 - 2312.181 Host

Yeah, yeah, exactly.

2312.221 - 2314.941 Host

Because people use them to clean their counters too. So they're just spreading it everywhere.

2314.981 - 2316.482 Host

No, and then you're spreading bacteria.

2316.582 - 2316.902 Host

Oh my God.

2317.102 - 2326.489 Host

And I'm not, I'm no bacteria, you know, monger. I don't fear bacteria, but the level of bacteria in that is really nasty. Did you see the video I did on the hand dryers?
