Because all you're doing to yourself is reaffirming that you can do something. Habitually. And so bring it down to the most macular. My goal is 100 in a day.

Yeah, I would not recommend putting some baby oil on down there and then just perching up. But I would also recommend, there's a lot of easy way to do it, as I showed you. You could do it when you're at the hotel, if you're traveling. My go-to is traveling, and your hotel is facing the ocean or nobody else.
