And what's happening now, I'd say over the last probably six months, Now we have people opening offices again because a lot of the people themselves miss the culture. They miss it. And I'm like, dude, you guys want to do it. I had a grand opening in Tampa last week. I'm going to Denver next week, Kentucky the week after that.
