So we had to take the structure that was in the offices best we could, because short-term goals and structure will give people a sense of urgency.

And then what I started doing is I started traveling and getting other people to travel to people and doing pull-together events, okay? You don't have the office. Cool, got it. All right, yeah, we're doing an annual convention once a year. You know what? Let's start doing, they came up with this terminology, lock-ins. So they would get an Airbnb or a few of them in a city.

40 agents would fly in there, stay together for four days. They would do it like every three months. So you built that culture face-to-face in a lock-in.

And now it's like you get some pizza and some food. You're dialing all day long. Everybody's got their phone. You got an Airbnb. It's got horseshoes, volleyball. You play around a little bit, take them to Topgolf. Everybody goes home. But it gave them that camaraderie. And then off of that, what they did was Zoom dials. So it was like, okay, dude, you did office meetings, right?
