You got to learn how to make yourself do things that you don't feel like doing.
And if you ever did that, you'd have everything you've ever wanted.
Literally, changing your life isn't glamorous, it's grueling.
And I always say, because people are like, how did you do everything that you're doing?
And so the person that everybody sees now and what I do out in the world is 16 years in the making.
And I say that what you see now is a result of one thing.
I taught myself how to get out of bed on days when I didn't fucking feel like it.
Because if you can force yourself out of bed when you don't feel like it because of the depression or the anxiety or the overwhelm or the hangover or whatever it may be.
It was three years of using it in secret before I ever told anybody about it.
Because let's face it, I didn't know why it worked.
