Now, it seems like your dad, unfortunately, was doing the right thing. Like, I don't think his actions were negligent necessarily. They just might have been sort of misguided in the way that he put pressure on you in that moment. Do you think asking a kid straight up, like, hey, has this person touched you? Is that adequate questioning in the work that you've done with other abuse survivors? Or should it be phrased in a different way?
