That's not what I'm talking about because that's not the way I live my life. But I do know that there is a price to pay for every decision I make with the way I think, how I speak, and the actions I take. There is a consequence to everything. And that could be a benefit or a side effect of a negativity based on those things as well.

Was that speaking process? Was those actions actually helping me today or not? Did that serve me? Or did it give me anger and upset and lower my energy? And so every day you have an opportunity to reflect. And when you reflect, and even just do a simple scale, one out of 10, how did I show up today? Am I happy with the day? And if not, then what can I do to improve?
