Migrant Children Advocates Say Biden Should Have Been Prepared For Arrivals

The reasons the Biden administration is housing some migrant children in adult detention facilities are complicated. The number of migrants arriving at the border is rising and includes many children traveling without their parents. Trump reduced the capacity of the shelter system and Biden, unlike the former president, is not immediately deporting unaccompanied minors.
