A special election in Pennsylvania on Tuesday is garnering an unusual amount of national attention. It's for a House seat in PA-18, a deeply Republican district that Trump won by 20 points in 2016. Polls show an incredibly tight race between Republican Rick Saccone and Democrat Conor Lamb. Democrats are hoping for an upset, while Republicans are fighting hard to hold the seat.
