Chapter 1: What are the key benefits of peptides?
If you want to destroy a society, you keep them ignorant about human nutrition.
Chapter 2: How do GLP-1 peptides work?
Chapter 3: What led to the evolution of peptides in medicine?
I know.
They don't do any work because they allow the screen to do the work for them. And you and I both know the screen fucking lies to them. All the time.
Can you imagine? Can you imagine? Like, so I delivered food in high school and there was like no GPS or nothing. So like, can you imagine if you didn't have a cell phone either when you were already? It's like, what did you do?
We used the Thomas guide to get around. We had no navs. There was no navigation. You had to use a Thomas guide.
I literally, when I was in Italy modeling, I walked around with a map, like a regular ass map. And we followed the lines and looked at where it went, and that's how we figured it out.
I know the promise guide in California and I use the mountains as my geo positioning. The mountains were usually North. The ocean was always West and you can figure everything out from that. But dude, these kids today, if I mean, dude, we can go on all day.
I mean, I'm, we should probably talk about some biohacking stuff, but I mean, it, society is broken because these kids do not know how to learn.
No, I know. Well, let's do this. Tell me this, because I am very curious about this because, you know, there's so many different benefits now with peptides. I think that too, and I wanted to point this out, one of the reasons peptides didn't take on way back was because they didn't give bodybuilders enough size or like...
You know, that was always the argument with SARMs was like, oh, they don't do what Winstral does. Now that it's so prevalent. And then this makes it way more mainstream. Because when you start talking about bodybuilding and steroids, dude, you're talking about a niche group of bros.

Chapter 4: How do you navigate misinformation in health?
Chapter 5: What is the importance of bloodwork in hormone optimization?
peptides is gray market underground you know i don't want to put that shit out there you know i don't want people to know that i know that much about it but eventually the people that were smarter than me won out and i wrote the book and it came out in the end of january of 2023 and bro honestly as you know that was the time where people were looking for healing from the vax yeah and it was just in the right place at the right time on amazon i already had a big name because my previous books and it just exploded
And so all these people started reaching out to me about peptides. And, you know, the last two years have just been a gigantic whirlwind. You know, I've made a ton of courses. I, you know, I partnered with Hunter Williams, who you've met. He's a great guy. And we've just blown up into the consciousness, you know, and I say, I really wish I could say it's my content is that good.
And it's not bad, but it's just right place, right time. You know, it was just all those people are looking for another form of healing and peptides represented it to them.
100%.
We've got that. You know, I didn't know... You played college basketball. I also did as well.
That's awesome, man. Where did you play?
Division III. It's this little school here called Simpson and then NAIA at Granby. But I broke my back twice.
Well, that's awesome, dude. I played NAIA too and then it eventually became Division II. So I was at Georgia Southwestern in Americas, Georgia. We went to the NAIA Final Four two years in a row when I was there.
were you a point guard or two two two you just like me yeah that was a hybrid that's awesome the injury accumulation i finally just i just don't play anymore because i'm dude i was the same way dude my ankles were so bad true story i stopped playing after my senior year well middle of my senior year i said fuck it i literally went to my coach and i was like dude can i just at least keep my scholarship and he was like yeah you busted your ass for four years here yes

Chapter 6: Why is comprehensive lifestyle important for peptide effectiveness?
It's like- You're right, dude. We have tools to make it easy. But again, people are just so afraid and so dumbed down from not understanding the basics. I mean, that blew my mind yesterday because I think of my daughter as a brilliant person, but she still, she has no idea about nutrition. They don't teach them.
Well, we're on the topic. I made a really drastic change after the Olympia. I have been under eating forever. I'm a nutritionist, and I was so convoluted about fats my whole life. Even though I tell people all the time how important it is. Anyway, I was eating. You're going to look at me like, dude, what is wrong with you?
I was eating 15 grams of fat a day, and it was basically peanut butter, and that was basically it. So I made this drastic change, and I'm eating about 125 grams of fat now. So, I mean, that's over, what, a thousand percent higher. And protein's about 250 grams, 270 when I can.
You probably got leaner once you started eating more fat, did you not?
Yeah, it's cut since when I was using it.
Yeah, exactly.
Exactly. I'm eating, I went from 1,500, 1,600 calories a day to almost 2,700. Yeah. I have lost weight.
Yeah. Again, dude, it's just proof that all of us are being misled and lied to by nutritional authorities, by the types of food we eat, the phobias that we have. I mean, I, I'll be honest with you. Like I used to have a phobia of carbs.
Yeah.
