I was told the college Republicans are doing this thing. What do you need this Turning Point thing for? I was told that there was already well-built, multi-decade campus infrastructure on these college campuses, that there was no need to organize or try to add a little bit of a spark to the youth dynamic of this country. I was told that that's all taken care of. Charlie, mind your own business.
Go get an internship. Go to college. Very few people saw the potential of what Turning Point USA would become and what, amazingly, we would help achieve. For nearly 13 years, we've been in the trenches organizing college campus chapters, organizing high school chapters, and it's very difficult for me to demonstrate the infrastructure that is necessary to make that happen.
