They're still going to go after him, by the way. They're still going to go after him on civil charges. So he's not completely out of the woods.
However, criminally, it is a major win for justice and the American way of life. The suspected UnitedHealthcare CEO shooter has been apprehended after a week-long manhunt. This is one of the weirdest stories that we've seen in quite some time and one of the saddest. The suspected shooter, Luigi Mangione, was spotted at a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
Police arrived and they found he was using the same fake ID that was used by the shooter. They also found a silenced pistol with him, which they described as a ghost gun, a gun assembled from parts purchased online.
