So thing one is just seeing the resource constraint and realizing that you have a problem with the number of SEs compared to the number of deals that you have. I'd say a second indicator is the language that people use. When an organization says things like, oh, SEs are heroes, they do everything, they're so important to us, that tells me right away that their SEs are overpriced.
