So I think there's a temptation in business to measure everything and then to try to glean insights from that data that you've measured without thinking about the impact that's on SEs or anyone really for that matter. And so I would say to your listeners, think hard about the burden that you're putting on your SEs. Think hard about what you're asking of them.
