Welcome.
Today is Clones Wednesday.
Exactly. Exactly.
Wednesday, January 15, 2025. That's right. And well, as you can see, we are not in the studio. We are here in Las Vegas, at the CES Technology Fair. That's right. Tomorrow is Muppet's birthday. Oh, Muppet, what are we taking you? You order here from Las Vegas what you want.
Exactly, what you want is a cake from here. Happy birthday, Muppet. Because then he asks for weird things. Well, now we are in the Venetian, in the Venetian Convention Center, which is this gigantic hotel here in Las Vegas, where we are inside the seas of people. Seas of people who are obviously entering these two floors, and there are also many suites here in the Venetian.
where there is the MSI suite, the Asus, many suites of many companies.
Yes, some companies do not put stands in the area of stands, the redundancy, but they rent a suite and there they put their products, there they expose what they want and then you as a visitor, normally it is with an appointment, that is, you cannot come and get in, but they have to invite you to go to the stands.
That's right. Well, inside the sea of people we are going to find the famous CES sign now with the new logo. Yes. And there are two floors, the floor obviously where we are, which is, let's say, the top floor, where is the hall It's called Hall D, where we find 3D printers, a lot of food technology, lifestyle, digital lifestyle, smart homes. On this floor. On this floor, exactly.
And a lot of sports technology. We were already taking a friend and he panicked. He didn't know what to do. He was scared. There's also a lot here, everything that has to do with health. And we see the new CES logo, the very big one, which was before, surely if you follow us and have seen previous videos of ours here at CES, it was different.
The distribution was different, it was hanging, and now it's different.
It's like it's in fashion to change logos, right?
2025?
All without hair. Exactly. Is it a change of look? No, you put on an eye or something like that. Let's go, we enter this one. But we have to go down, right? Do you want to go down? Yes. Down is the Eureka Park. Down is the good stuff. What do you think if we make a block here? The tasty. Here and then we make a block below. Whatever you say, Ponton. Come on, we're already here.

Well, we are already here in Hall D, where we find a lot of technology applied to monitoring health.
That's right, like this WeeThings mirror, which is still a prototype, they still don't sell it. Aguante WeeThings is a company that is of French origin. He bought it from Nokia and has had some changes, but they continue with their products, the very famous scales. And that mirror is what monitors your health. Well, some vital signs.
You just stand there in front, like our video that is there, and it starts to measure you. It obviously has all the sensors and everything is visual. It has a very cool graphic interface on top of the mirror. Yes, but be careful, you have to be barefoot to be able to see the marranes.
Yes, the marranes, exactly, the body composition. Right now he's wearing some sneakers, but what's interesting is how the mirror speaks to you. I mean, it's like a voice there.
That inner voice. Exactly. That you don't swallow anymore. Exactly.
You weigh a lot. I've heard it, I've heard it. Follow a diet, eat lettuce. Exactly. I don't know why that inner voice sounds to me. Well, that inner voice is no longer internal, it is external. It is external. It is worse.
Of course, because there is no way to beat you. Let's go from here, that product is complicated.
Well, Widdings is a very good brand, I really like it. It has, for example, that Multiscan. It's called Vimo. It's a multiscan that measures your temperature, but also your heart rate, but also your oxygenation in the blood. It's very cool. It has the scales, it has the baumanometer. You know, I have a complaint with Withix.
A complaint? Yes. Which one? Do I have to complain? Yes, always. I have a scale from about ten years ago. And everything is fine, but the battery lasts two months.
Very little. I have a Huawei scale and just this week I changed the battery. It uses three AAA batteries, but it lasted. I don't know, four years, five years.
Here they last like two months or three months maximum. And I think all the time it's with the Wi-Fi wanting to do something. If you can't disconnect the Wi-Fi, no, no, no. But when you go up to the money, it tells you your weight in the application there so that you have it in that and that voice that you hear It resonates when you see how much you weigh.
For example, what I really like about Weed-in are the watches. They last a lot on the battery. Yes. Because the screens are not that big and then the battery lasts a long time. These WeThings watches are like a combination, right? Imagine it's a Rolex. Yes. More or less the design of a Rolex. A small screen on the top, but it's with handles and everything.
I mean, I like it because it's different from the traditional smartwatches that we've seen. Well, where do you like the difference? I like the difference. Think different. Ah! Ay, ay, ay, ay, ay. No, bueno, pero me gusta algo que se arriesguen. ¿A ti por qué no te gusta que se arriesguen la gente, hacen inventos raros, diferentes?
Look, I dedicate myself more to business, here I have another stand. Ah, look. Another M. Matuk Corporation? It's Virtual Matuk. Ah, Virtual Matuk. It's a small B. Ah, okay. Another one, like the other from MSI, do you remember?
Yes. It's made by a program or two. Matuk System Incorporated. Ah, here it's Virtual Matuk. Very good. Let's go. And on this side we have Essilor Luxottica, which is a brand that is practically a company, rather, that makes the lenses and the glasses. To everyone, to all brands. Yes, and in fact, I think he owns several more.
And the most interesting thing of all is that these guys from Sailor Luxottiga, who are those of Ray-Ban, who probably are their brand, made a deal for 10 years with Mark Zuckerberg. Does that sound interesting? What does it sound to you? To sell new models of the Meta. What are they called? Yes, there are the Meta, yes. The same Ray-Ban, but not only Ray-Ban. No, from other brands, of course.
From the others, of course. All the other brands, right? And this line, what is it for? Do they give you glasses? No, I think you can try them. Ah, no, what a joke. Well, the Ray-Ban Meta. Ah, no, who is that man? He looks like an artist. Ah, no. Well, there are the tests. Here the interesting thing is that if he made a deal for 10 years, he will continue to develop technology for lenses.
And it will be, as I have said on several occasions, the next wearable that we are going to buy. Because look, Matuk brings his ring, the Samsung Galaxy Ring, he brings it since they gave it to him, practically, and he hasn't taken it off, there you have it. So, both the rings are going to be wearable, as are the lenses. Do you think? I think so.
It's not like for everyone, it's the same as smartwatches, not everyone has a smartwatch. Or the rings. There are many who have smartwatches, there are others who don't, but there is an important market. So I think that the next wearables that we are going to be acquiring are either the ring or the glasses, because we already have headphones, we already have watches.
The cell phone that practically goes to your thigh. Of course, of course, of course. Or it depends. I use it back here. Where would I go? I use it on the front thigh or on the back thigh. The back thigh. The back thigh because I don't have glutes.
Oh, that doesn't matter.
It's the back bag. That's why I call it the back thigh.
It's the bag for Detroit.
It's the bag in the back. Yes, yes, yes, I agree, I agree. But let's go there to see what we see. Let's see what we see there on this floor. Y continuamos.
Escuchas nosotros los clones. Pontón, ¿a dónde me trajiste ahora?
Claro, cómo no. Tenemos... Ali Nale, who is the territory manager of MSI. And you had already seen him on this podcast before, but now we meet in Las Vegas. Ali, how are you? Good, thank you.
I'm here giving tours, talking, repeating the same things and presenting many times the 50-90s. Well, but with the Chlor, it's the first time. Ah, of course, yes, yes, yes. Today. Today, of course.
Well, let's start this tour through this suite. Let's start with the graphics cards. We start here, which is the first thing to enter the MSI suite here in Las Vegas. We find ourselves. the graphics cards and the coolers to dissipate the heat of these powerful cards that I would also like you to explain to us what this Supreme is and the categories of the cards that MSI has
I'll explain them all, but look, for example, what we are seeing right now is to explain more or less what is the cooling system that MSI uses in their video cards. Many of the questions that people then ask is, if it is the same Nvidia chip, what is the difference between brands? Well, the difference is precisely that, how it cools, how the heat is balanced in each of the graphics cards.
So you can see it here. This that we are seeing at the beginning is the liquid cooling that we have in the 5090 and 5080. It's a closed system in which the customer will know that the best cooling system is going to have it there, which is the Supreme line.
That's the added value and the difference that MSI has with respect to other Macs, the heat dissipation.
Exactly, the way we dissipate the heat. If you see it from the side, which is a more traditional system of headsink with steam chamber, which has been this, it's also the Supreme line. But if you look at it, the pure dissipator is quite chunky. If you load it, grab it, just to see if it weighs.
Dad, it does weigh, huh? Okay. The aluminum costs.
Hey, a question for the people who are listening to us. Here I am seeing the graphics card and some tubes, let's say, and some like fans. What's going on here? Is it pure air?
No, this is the liquid treatment system. It's like the treatment system that we use in a CPU of a normal processor, but it is transferred to the graphics card. Like a car radiator. It's like a car radiator. Here we have a pump. This is the one that makes the liquid flow. In this part that makes the connector with the graphic processor is this. Let's say it's the core. Water passes through here.
These are very microscopic fins. Water passes through here. The water is heated and then we have to cool the water. Then it passes through the tube towards this radiator that has its fans like in a car radiator. It's the same. It passes through the fins and cools the water to do it again. And is it water-water?
No, it's not water, it's actually a liquid as if it were a special antifreeze so that it does not corrode or do not react with the different components because the dissipated or the radiator is aluminum and has other components that can react with certain... Very good, it is a liquid that does not conduct electricity so that there is no short circuit.
It is correct and that it does not have corrosion, it is very important because there are materials that with certain liquids can generate corrosion, not only the rings but different types of corrosion.
So that is the Supreme, the card that has the best heat dissipation.
Correct, it is the one that has the best heat dissipation, which also helps it to have a better performance because it will work at better frequencies. Then we have the Vanguard, right? This is a line that we are launching right here in the CES 2025. We have two new lines, we did not handle this before, between the Supreme
And the Gaming, which is our, let's say, the most sold globally, we are introducing what is Vanguard. Right now I'm going to tell you a very special detail that the Vanguard line has, but if you look at it, it's a cooling system quite similar to Supreme, but not so much. And if you grab it, it's much lighter than what Supreme has. All this part is also a steam chamber.
There we have a radiator and a cooling system. Here what we have is a steam chamber that makes contact with the processor. and inside here it has a special liquid that evaporates and becomes liquid in a constant cycle with the heat pipes to cool the processor.
Supreme is the top and then we continue with level 2 Vanguard.
Then we have Gaming Next and then we have other categories until we get to Ventus.
What do I have to base myself on to decide between this or the most expensive or what?
What are my requirements? Look, I tell you, it depends on how much you are going to work with the graphics card.
For example, if you are going to work with artificial intelligence for a long time, if you are going to work with artificial intelligence all day, that is, you are going to have the machine doing a calculation of 6-8 hours a day, I recommend that you have a fairly cheap treatment system, that is, from Gaming, Vanguard or Supreme. Why? Because you will keep that heat controlled.
If I take an economic line to use it 6-8 hours a day, what will happen is that at some point the temperature will start to increase, it will not be able to control it. And there may be consequences. The process may be a little tight. It may have problems and apart from the life time, the processor will go down. So the best thing is if I take an economic line to...
If I'm going to play one hour a day, two hours a day, you can go for the economic line. You don't need a very large cooling system. But if you're going to do a stream, you're going to do video editing, you're going to work with artificial intelligence for a long period of time, the best thing is to grab a cooler cooling system.
5090.
So this is our 5090 and there we already have 5080, 5070Ti, 5070.
And that TI, what does it mean? Let's say a line up that gives you envy, with a little more memory or better memory frequencies, just to make a difference.
That, well, is with respect to graphics cards and heat dissipation. But they also have cabinets, there are also new monitors, and well, over there I have also seen a cabinet with an integrated screen.
Let's see it, but first I want to give you a little secret that the bank is going to have. Let's see, let's see, let's go. The secret of the bank.
Let's go for the secrets. We continue here walking in the suite, we walk a few steps forward and we find a model where we see Loki, the red dragon, in Hollywood, but also in Paris, but also in the Big Ben, and also in Tokyo, in Houston, in NASA, on Mars and so on. Well, this is a special feature that the Vanguard is going to have.
Each of the video cards, any chipset, will have this special box. It's a blind box in which you can touch any of these looks that you see here. It's collectible.
It's collectible and it's random.
And the most special one is not here, but we have a limited edition, which is the Latin American version.
Que nadie lo va a conocer.
Sorpresa.
Oiga, pues alguien compra una tarjeta Vanguard de MSI y le sale el Loki latinoamericano. Mándenos una foto.
No, que nos mande Loki.
You were curious about the cabinet with screen.
This is a cabinet that we are also using for Latin America, the United States, etc. It is a cabinet with the functional screen on the front. It will have a system in which you can control the fans, lights, everything, but if you look closely, it is a screen.
It's a touch sensitive screen where you have Windows, you can practically duplicate the screen or you can obviously extend the screen of your monitor in a vertical screen integrated in a MSI cabinet where it occurs to me, for example, if you are a gamer, you have your Discord or your Twitter or your media, your chat, etc.
the discord chat, to have it there, to be watching it there.
Of course, of course. Your big screen. It's very cool. And well, here I would just like to remember the ranges that MSI has, which is the MEG, MPG and MAG, which then suddenly I get confused and that's why it's good to remind everyone. And this cabinet is MEG. Ali, remind us what is MEG, MAG and MPG.
Mech is the enthusiast line, MSI, Enthusiast Gaming. It is the most top. This is why this is mech, let's say they are the products that have the most characteristics, it is the one that has everything that the person needs. Exactly, it is the super luxury version. Then the mpg, which is the performance, is the one that is low, let's say it has everything essential but at the top.
And the Arsenal line is the entry to that high range. It has very essential characteristics, but of the high line.
And well, and also later on, inside this MSI suite, we are going to go through the graphics cards, incredible, beautiful and beautiful, sensational. And then we have this one that this gigantic cabinet, which is a demonstration. This is a demonstration. No one can have a thing like that in their house. Of power, if you can, if you have the space.
This is mine. Make yours if you have it in your house.
I lent them to you. Meje, look, Meje means Matuk, enthusiast. Of course, of course, of course. They talked to me. Can you bring them?
Yes, of course. This is a prototype. Well, it's not a prototype, it's a modding that was made with a cabinet that I'm going to show you right now, which is the Maestro 900. I don't know if you remember that last year we launched a Maestro called Maestro 700. A very large line with a curved glass. Well, right now we got a better one. This is a modding that was made with that cabinet.
But these are two systems. You have a system here with two graphics cards. They are two 40s and 80s. And here you have a mini system. It was a smaller card. So, in the case that you need two systems, for example, the people who stream, who need one to play and the other to do... Two PCs in one. Two PCs in one, exactly. But quite small.
Yes, crazy, crazy. Yes. And also, you know what catches my attention? They are the new cabinets that are wireless. They are super clean, white. What do you mean wireless?
Ah, well, yes. You're going to see it right now. You're going to like those. Let's go, let's go.
You're going to like those, Matu, because they are elegant, with class. Ah, let's see, let's see. Like your size. Not like...
Not like my... I'm not going to say anything. This is the Maestro 900. This is the original. From here came the modding that was done with the D2. That's incredible. This is Matuk Expert Gamer.
Ah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. No, in fact, look, this is Matuk System Incorporated.
Of course, of course.
By the way, it also has new QLED monitors, right? Yes, super important. This year we are going to focus a lot on what is QLED OLED. Obviously, we are giving guarantees and we are giving advice on what is the OLED part, because we know that there are some people who still have a certain resentment.
But man, we've grown up, let it live. Quantum Dot OLED, that is, this MSI monitor is impressive, available in Mexico and Latin America.
Everything that is here will be available in Mexico. Okay. Remember that we always try to take everything that is shown to Mexico, even if it is of a very high range. Yes, but it is available. The units, but they will be. Exactly.
And that Loki keychain is also available as for... We are trying to steal it because it has its little player of... This is the cabinet that I really loved, we are going to describe it, it is a transparent acrylic glass where we do not see any type of cable, we see the motherboard, the graphics card, it is incredible. To continue describing it as minimalist.
In fact, a prize has already been won, Best of CES 2025.
If you remember, last year we also launched what is the Project Zero line, which was to make everything more minimalist, try to hide the cables, that the view was easier.
This is already taken a little more to the extreme, it is a prototype, it is expected to be launched soon, at some point in our lives, that this already carries all the cables, absolutely all of them, except for the pump, backwards. The current generation, what happens is that everything that is PCI Express is still on the front. Why? Because it is difficult to handle it by speeds and wattage.
This already has it on the back, you see, the video card is connected with a riser and the riser is connected backwards. This is a prototype. It is a prototype, it is linked to the cabinet, because the cabinet, I don't know if you had asked, but here are the connections of the motherboard.
This is a television.
Exactly, here is everything in the back, these are the outputs of the video card. With a normal cabinet it could not be done because it would go to one side. Fantastic.
And then, well, more monitors too. Hey, sorry, I mean, pause, just fast, fast. Look at this arm. This arm, yes, that arm.
It's amazing. And there's a double, right? There are some doubles. There's a double, there's the simple one, there are these, let's say it's the high range, here it's not on, but we have the range with RGB, we have the normal range, this one, the characteristic is that it has the, let's say, the gas shock absorber.
Ah, gas, ah.
Exactly. This one already supports up to 27 kilos. It's a lot.
It can handle you, Matuxi, it can handle you.
Yes?
Yes, grab it. Well, 27 kilos. Yes, your arm. Yes, yes, yes, let's see. Your own arm.
Yes, yes, yes, it can handle it, it can handle it. Very good. And this, let's say, is a lower line. This is a spring.
And those can also be found in Mexican retailers.
Yes, we are managing all this in Mexico. These lines are new. Currently we have the previous one, which is a double simple spring, with RGB, without RGB, the super basic one, which is, let's say, the pure black mount. So we have a variety of arms there.
How do you hold it? Do you screw it on the table or what?
It comes with several types of couplings. One is, let's say, the screw that grabs like a clamp that grabs the desk with two pieces and it has this system that is screwed. It has like a base that you can screw on the bottom, depending on how your thing is. You can't put the clamp here because it's too big. Yes. Then the screwing is used.
It brings the two systems and it also brings an easy support system. this can be removed and you put it on the monitor so that you don't have to load the monitor and screw it from here, but you screw it first and then you just hook it here. Very cool, very cool.
Well, they are one of the new things, something else that you want to show us, Ali?
No, I think we already gave you the tour, the most complete we could. We hope you liked it, we hope you are as surprised as we are and excited to see that all of this is coming to the market little by little.
There we will be, without a doubt, very up to date. We are starting 2025, when will some of these products arrive?
Well, look at the CES, let's say everything starts to launch beyond the first half of the year. Obviously everything that video card is going to be available at the end of February, more or less at the launch that Nvidia made, it asked for January 30. For that date, everything video card is going to be. The rest is going to be released little by little from the end of Q2.
According to the segment and according to the product, they are going to launch. And last but not least, new motherboards. Yes, motherboards. We have the economic line of both Intel and AMD, which are B650, B860, sorry, 850. Those are already being launched during January.
There it is. Ali, thank you very much. Good tour. You already know each other very well. You have already illuminated your path of PCs and components with MSI. So, well, we are going to continue here knowing you and petting you, right? I wanted to remind you, MSI is MATUC.
What?
System? Software?
System Integrator. Incorporation. Incorporation. I lend you the brand, but it's a multi-annual agreement. Multi-annual.
Yes, thank you. For millions of dollars. With pleasure. Very good. Thank you, Ali. Thank you. Thank you. As you asked. I saw a complaint that they should go through the corridors like before. It's a podcast. It's a different format. This is a podcast where not only do they see us, they also listen to us. So we have to be descriptive and also that audio.
We have to think in both formats, audio and video. Sometimes we can go through the corridors and sometimes we don't, friends. I'll help you.
Look, here's a gray carpet for people who are listening to us. and there are many stands, there is a lot of cardboard, a lot of light, and we are in front of a stand, standing.
What is there here, Pontón? Well, as we said, many brands of smart rings, each time thinner, each time they measure more things, they have more sensors, and well, they are of different colors, of different materials, but the rings is what is predominating.
which was from 2020, I think, with the Aura ring, and from there a lot of people started to come out, like they saw, hey, people may like that ring, and they are liking it.
Yes, but I see the market as a bit of a niche.
Yes, but there are people who don't like to bring a smartwatch, who want to bring their Casio, their Rolex. There are cases with Bluetooth that are great. They want their Omega, their Cartier, but they want their ring, their smart ring that measures everything.
Yes, no, yes, yes, the measurement is important, but yes, these bring error here, here the matter is usually if you pay or not pay subscription. Of course, that's a bit of an hour, you pay per month, of course, and all the others don't ask you to pay, which is a bit of a difference. And everyone does more or less the same. You'll have to see how accurate they are. Exactly.
One thing is what it says, what it does, what it really measures.
Well, how have you been with the one you're wearing right now?
Well, well, I mean, if it measures you well, the dream, especially the dream, the dream, which is what I use well, even a complaint.
The battery. How weird. In theory, what the specification says, it lasts 7 days.
How long does it last? 5 days, 6 days.
We were looking at other rings, not of this Ring Air brand, but others in the home build that were called Ring Con or something like that. That had up to 12 days of battery. I think it's going to be the ring war. Who lasts longer? The ring?
No, well, depending on how you use it. Exactly.
Yes, yes, depending on how you use it.
Yes, of course.
I run a marathon every day. How much do you wear it or take it off? And why do you use it? Without a doubt. Exactly. Well, we have another very large stand too, which is called the AARP. It is basically the retirement association.
H-Tech Collaborative.
Where we are going to see here a little bit of... A very interesting market, very large, and increasingly more interested in technology, because they are the older people who suddenly feel a little more lagged, others feel unadapted.
And others, yes, they are very early adopters and they love technology, also older people, but suddenly there are gadgets or devices that are no longer of interest to them so much or they need another type of gadget. Like, for example, the puppies, these robots that we had seen in the home build, which are for dementia or Alzheimer's or this type of thing, situations and conditions.
Yes, and here the interesting thing is also that possibly the person of the third age is not going to come here, but their relatives. The son or daughter who wants to monitor the father or the mother or the grandmother. I think it's an important part of all this. And wow, we are in a stand of about 500 square meters, I don't know how many, where there are a lot of people.
They call it the silver economy, the silver economy. Because they have white hair. That's what they call it. And they have money. And they have money too. That's true. That's true.
Here we see that there are, well, spas to make podcasts that are here surely transmitting some stories. They are also showing some virtual realities.
There is a real puppy here too. A kind of border collie or something like that. It's very nice. A lot of tablet. And, well, what else is there? Ah, well, there we are. Robots, different pets, from little birds, from a red cardinal to a kind of golden retriever, to kittens, right? Where you can pet them. There we are seeing a lady how she is petting her cat. This gives me a little bit of... Creepy?
No, leave your creepy. It gives me like... Like... Found feelings, because...
I know that it is difficult for a person of the third age to take care of a pet.
It is a great responsibility. But at the same time, it does creep me out a bit. Yes, look at this little dog that we have here. Well, and this one meows, huh? This little cat. And look, he raises his paw and everything. And he gets up to make him... And he gets up to make you blow his belly. How does it feel, Mateo? How does it feel? Describe your feelings when you touch a little cat.
Well, it feels good, it feels hard because it's plastic, but it's fine. I mean, what I already see creepy is this in a house with an adult person.
What does it give you? Does it give you like poor poor poor human needs this or how?
Yes, that is, everything is false, we know everything is fake because it is not an animal. Yes. And the fact that I am there with my grandfather or with my older adult person, I don't know, I think it's a lot to force something, that is,
But it still makes you feel good, right? Emotionally, I mean, having something... It's a bit like, let's see, when you were a kid, very, very young, very baby, one or two years old, you had your safety blanket, as they say. Of course, of course. Like a blanket, a blanket, or your teddy bear, that was...
And as you grow up and you get rougher, you close that circle, that loop, and you become a child again. And now it's a safety cat. Yes, it's a puppy that gives you some emotional security. Yes, of course. Yes, it's shocking because we're not used to it. But imagine someone coming from the past, in the 40s, and they see you using a cell phone. What is this? What fear does it give me?
Well, that's how we think right now. What fear does it give us? But in five years it is. Oh, how good that grandma Chuchita has her robot dog. What tranquility does it give me? Because the robot dog tells me all its vital signs. It has a microphone. It has a camera and can see it. Exactly. It has a microphone, it has a camera and I can monitor the health of my old man. How do you see?
You don't convince me, but I believe you. I always try to take the juice out of technology, Mato. No, I know, I know. For the good of humanity.
No, of course, of course, of course. But it is like a matter of what is a plastic there with you. The truth is, it is a plastic device. But it's a nice plastic. Yes, without a doubt. Here I am caressing him, and if I get angry, I turn it off, right? Of course. So it's not for you, Matu. Not yet. It's not for you yet.
It's okay, it's okay, because you have a young soul.
He's already eating you.
Oh, damn it. And he has fangs, right? No. That's another advantage.
He doesn't have anger or any of those things.
You don't have to vaccinate it. You don't have to vaccinate it.
You know what's the most important thing? It doesn't make poop. Exactly, it doesn't make poop. It's okay. Hey, talking about poop, there's a stand. I said we have to go to the bathroom.
Come on, come on, come on, come on, come on. We are the clones. We are the clones.
When you get home, you're going to sleep. And you're undressing in the bedroom. You take off a t-shirt and you throw it away. And that's where it's going to stop.
You throw the clothes away. Generally, you get together with the wrong person, because generally I have a tux. I get home and everything I take off, I don't leave it thrown away, I hang it again. I have problems, but you can see that you take out your boxers and you throw them away.
I have double the touch as you, because everything has to be in its place, perfectly dirty or clean, but look at this vacuum cleaner, Roborock is the name of the brand, and this is the Zaros Z70, it does the work that many people do not like to do, it removes what is disturbing there so that it can vacuum well, and puts it somewhere, that seems to me that it is kind of weird, right?
Well, I mean, there are many of these robotic vacuum cleaners that are circular to obviously vacuum the hair of the pet, the dust, etc.
But I think this invention that a robotic hand comes out, an interesting mechanical robotic arm and removes an obstacle from its path, which can be socks, a sock or whatever, and grabs it, leaves it in its place or throws it to another side so that it can continue doing its job is very good, because then what happens with robotic vacuum cleaners of this style is that
They find themselves in a sock and then either they get stuck or they come back. They say, ah, I can't go through here. And then they come back and they don't go through that path that they should have aspired to.
Look, I'm not negative, you know it, but I think that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, that, How does the Roborock know that the sock goes in the basket that is 20 centimeters in a demo?
Well, there because it is a demo, you just said it, it is programmed, but I saw some other videos where they grab the sock, they leave it gripped by their little mechanical hand, it goes through where it should go and then it throws it back, that is, it does not accommodate it again, it leaves it where it was.
I'm going to talk to them so they can do the function, throw it out the window. There is the sock far from the place where it goes, then the Roborock arrives and says to this sock of Ponton, what am I going to do?
He approaches the window and... Well, it could be a good update for 2026. Matuk, tell the Asian lady, they are already telling us that they still do not have a price, but in China it is going to start selling this first semester of the year. That is, it is very new, it is a great invention. Don't you think it's a great invention? No. It's an authentic one.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no. I always say I pay to see, but I think it depends a lot on the house, of course. Do you have a vacuum cleaner of this style in your house? No, I gave it away. Did you give it away? It makes a lot of noise for me. I use another vacuum cleaner of the English ones. that aspirates very well, everything is obviously manual. These robotics, we never made the passes.
But I think there are a lot of people who do use them when they have, for example, a pet that has a lot of hair, there they put play on it and there it is walking around your house, traka traka traka.
And I think there are very careless people who leave their underwear wherever they are and that a machine like this can lift the underwear, raise the dust and leave the underwear where it found them again. It does not throw them back into the basket. That is a problem. That is, it raises the underwear, sucks and releases the underwear. It is correct.
And if the underwear is very dirty, everything will be dirty.
Well, I don't know. It depends on who used that sock. Look, for example, here on this side, right in front of Roborock, we have another stand, another brand that is demonstrating another very interesting robotic vacuum cleaner, because this vacuum cleaner jumps steps. Like the new BYD that jumps the bumps. It's great, isn't it? It would be every square, it jumps seven times.
Exactly, that new BYD Sport, which is from the luxury brand of BYD. Yes, it jumps, it jumps, it's sensational. Excuse me, this vacuum cleaner that we are seeing that it goes down, does it also go up? It also goes up, of course. Yes, right now we are going to see, it is a robot vacuum cleaner of these circular ones, right now it is going to be recharged.
Well, I think its charging station is very big, right?
It probably has water inside, clean water and dirty water on one side. Of course, of course. You have to do the demo so that the steps jump, right? No, I'm talking about the underwear. Who? No, no, the demo, the demo.
How do you tell those who live in Las Vegas? Vegans. ¿Y las veganias? ¿Veganas?
Sí, ¿no?
¿Veganos y veganas son los que viven aquí en Las Vegas?
No creo, sino como... Yo creo que sí.
O sea, ¿quieres ver si algún vegano o vegana tiró sus calzones? No, no, Pontón. Pura tecnología. Para eso te vas al strip. Ahí puedes ver todo. Puedes ver veganos y veganas sin calzones también. Sí, y aparte en estados inconvenientes.
Escuchas nosotros los clones.
Look, Matuk, here we find Alonso, our friend Alonso Santiago from Bamboo. How are you?
That's right. Good, right? What a pleasure.
The truth is, what a pleasure to meet you here. Between 150,000 visitors, what a coincidence. That's right. Hey, well, we interviewed you. It's that Alonso has a software company for some years, for at least a decade, developing software called Bamboo, but tell the people what Bamboo is.
Well, Bamboo is a software and technology development company and we practically do any type of technology project and well, we had to come to CES, obviously, to be able to see everything that is happening and well, many findings.
Now, what you say is very important because software development, I compare it with a civil engineer, right? It can be a little house in a room or it can be a skyscraper. Who do you develop software for?
What a good question. The truth is that 10 years ago we started doing projects for startups, but today we work for all sectors. We have very simple and small projects and others that are really very complex projects with high levels of cybersecurity and very complex infrastructures for banks, retail companies and any type of company.
Retail companies, we know, pharmacies too, right? Correct.
Yes, we work with pharmacies, retailers, government, security centers, banks, so we can practically design and develop any type of project.
Let's see, don't tell us brands if you want, I mean, no problem, but what type of client is the most likely, the one who knows or the one who has no idea?
What a good question. I know that all the people that we see on your channel, well, I know that there are many experts and some not so experts, but that they believe they are experts. I'm not an expert, I'm one of those who are not experts, but many times we come across, there are times that we have clients who know a lot and that can sometimes hinder the projects.
But there are also times when there are people who don't know anything and also mess up the projects because they want to propose things that maybe can't be done.
Trust Bamboo, do your job, even if you know. Even if you know, trust Alonso.
It's like the architects. It's like the architects. I want a 14-piece flying bridge here. No, it can't be done.
Yes, there are things, look, the example that we always put is, this is like, and as you said, it's an engineering issue. Hey, I want a house with two bathrooms, two rooms and two floors. And that's how they ask us. But if I, for example, tell you two to build me that house, then each one is going to put the stairs in a different place, because I just told you that it had to be two floors.
It's the same. Hey, I want a software that does this. And in the end, everyone ends up designing it, well, as everyone imagines it, right? So you have to do a very hand-in-hand work with the client and see what it is, what we're going to get to.
Hey, Alonso, and now the issue of cybersecurity is... Everything! It's getting more and more... It's getting more and more... It's getting more and more attacks. Yes, yes, that's what I mean. Do you always incorporate cybersecurity in what you develop? Or if the client wants it, how do you handle it?
Yes, it has to be a must in all projects, because today you don't even know where they come from, right? So, since the issue of cybersecurity is worldwide, practically you can have designed a project and suddenly nothing is received or your page is down and you don't know why and it turns out that it has already been hacked, right?
Or your data has already been stolen, maybe your page is still working, so all projects today have to have a cybersecurity component.
And how does predictive artificial intelligence work to help just mitigate an attack without it still happening? Can that be?
Yes, there is a whole trend right now called DevSecOps. First a concept was born called DevOps, which is a theme of how you combine the development team with the operations theme. And today the term in software development that is most in vogue is DevSecOps, which is the same but adding a security component.
Today we mainly serve large companies, 80% of our clients are large companies, in Mexico, other parts of the world, in the United States too, but well, we also have a couple of projects with medium-sized companies and some startups that come to us and want to make a very robust product with all the good practices of the sector and well, that they want to use our products.
Ten years ago, it was like, we all want to make an app, right? Two or three apps started to come out, or smartphones came out, iOS, the iPhone came out, and well, no, you have to make apps. Everyone wanted to make their app, and it was complicated, suddenly, to make their app, now it is easier. What is really the trend in the next five years? Do people still want to make apps?
How difficult are they to make them? Or is the language or the interaction that the software has with humans, the end user, going to radically change?
That is the main topic that brings us to the event today, to understand what is happening with artificial intelligence. So, practically, what we have is that all mobile applications, well, before you could say that they were complex to do, but because the technology was not so advanced, right? Today it is still as complex to make an app because the requirements of the clients are more complex.
I mean, today the apps we interact with every day have greater interactions, greater interfaces, localization, processing, so it's still as complex. However, today the trend, solving the question, is that tools called low-code are coming out, which allow you to create a mobile application practically drag and drop. But today those technologies only allow you to make very simple applications.
Your enterprise applications, so that you can solve a problem in your company, work very well. However, when you already want to make a more complex solution, you do have to develop software to the extent. And well, today another of the points is that we have to make all technologies 100% interoperable.
Well, there have been many like that, but... So, what else do you remember? But look, one of the most complex was a security issue to centralize the physical security of a financial entity where we had to centralize many of its security components. So, there were too many sensors, too many alerts, a lot of data, a lot of cybersecurity.
So, these types of solutions are the ones that, well, are many months. Other projects, right? We recently inaugurated the billing system for one of the government's important projects. And well, it also had its challenges, because being a very political project, it received many cyberattacks, independently of the type of project. So, each project has its characteristics and particularities.
Alonso, in short, what is your favorite cloud service? AWS.
¡Ándale! ¡Ándale! Es que hace menos de un mes estuve yo aquí en el evento. Estuviste en el re-invent aquí en el AWS. Sí.
Estuvimos en el de Ciudad de México. Bueno, AWS.
Es un amigo que ahorita lo hablamos. Aquí estuve yo hace un mes y era un mundo. Había mucho más gente que ahorita. Puro AWS. Sí. More people than right now? More people than right now? More people than the CES? More people than the CES? More people than the CES?
More people than the CES?
More people than the CES?
More people than the CES?
More people than the CES? More people than the CES? More people than the CES? Thank you very much. How can people get in touch with you to see if you can serve them? Look, medium and large companies, right?
Yes, mainly, and well, directly through my LinkedIn, I'm always there attentive. And well, the Bamboo page, there will be many projects that obviously the clients allow us to publish. However, behind we have a whole catalog with different sectors, examples, and many success cases that you can consult. So there you can find us.
Alonso Santiago, thank you very much. Do you have a website? bamboo-mediumobile.com Thank you very much, Alonso. Enjoy the CES.

Hey, Pontón, where is the Pavilion of Mexico? Which one? No, I mean... Mexico?
Pavilion? Which one? There's already an electric car, SEMOS. Ah, well, we should put the electric car here for 2026, right? Minimum... SES 2026, Olinia should be here. 90,000 pesos. Really? No, no, just kidding. Olinia 2026, in SES 2026, should be here with a Pavilion of Mexico when there was a Pavilion of Mexico here in SES. Should be.
They've been here for more than six years that there's no Pavilion of Mexico here. Because it is the Europa Park where there are pavilions from different countries. Right now we are in front of the one from Korea, the one from Italy, Turkey, Hong Kong. But it does give you courage, right? Of course, because we were present.
We were present in a small way, but we were. Let's see, we are not a power of technological development, we are not. But there is a lot of gray matter in Mexico with very good companies.
Of course, that gray matter, that's why there is a leak of
Of course, and they're going to keep playing. But well, Korea, Taiwan.
It's cool, eh? Look, here are many Korean inventions of medium and small companies in Korea, where we see a drone that like aquatizes, because it has some pontons. Oh, my God. Yes, yes, this here. These are chips that you put in your brain. Really? Yes, yes, yes. It's called Brain Neural Interface Solution. What time is the appointment? No, for now, at once. So that they put it on you at once?
Of course. Well, yes, those are chips that are injected into the brain. How do you see it? It's going to be another of the interesting trends in the next five years. But no, five, no. There you saw yourself very short. No, you're very optimistic, Pontón. Five years is little. It's that, really, I think the technological advance is going to be exponential.
I mean, we're not going to... Oh, the smartphone, the first 2007. Then, 15 years later, no, no, this is going to be... Okay, we went from Korea to Italy. And here, it's kind of empty, right? It's kind of empty. It's kind of empty, yes. Yes, indeed. They're eating pasta. Yes, they must be, how do you say, eating? Eating. Eating. No, that's not true, I just invented it. Or something like that.
We also have Hong Kong on this side, the Hong Kong pavilion.
Here it's full.
180,000.
60,000, I think. 160,000 people. How much space does CES occupy in Las Vegas? Well, in Strippen, right? The entire convention center, the entire Venetian convention center. And there are people who say, no, I still don't get the wave of technology.
Oh, well, well, there are also people who say that why waste their time coming here? There is nothing new. No, there's nothing new. That's incredible. Technology already rules our lives.
Final point.
What was the best thing you saw at CES? I didn't see anything spectacular, but I saw little things. I also think that the most important thing about coming to these events is
the trend is developing, the reflection that you have all year long, saying, oh, I saw this, oh, the growth of this company, oh, look, the chip inserted in the head, right now it's a prototype, later on, that kind of thing, when we saw the smart rings, oh, look, or these, do you remember the... OSEO. The ocean driving headphones were Shox. It was a super small stand.
And now the Shox stand is huge. Yes, of course. So that's what gives you this type of event. Totally. The innovation, the reflection. The what to think about in the future. How is the matter? Where are you standing?
And understand that the big changes have already happened. Those big, gigantic steps. Years ago, the smart phone came out. The miniaturization of everything. That's it. And now the changes are a little more... very focused, very product-oriented, and there are others that keep surprising us, like the new quantum chips from Google.
Exactly, quantum computers and artificial intelligence, which we already knew, which we had already seen, which we already knew, but it was just for the use of companies. And suddenly it comes into the hands of the user and boom, another boom, another change. Very good. Where are we going now? Hong Kong?
to eat something, right? I haven't eaten. No? No. Here there will be food, natural or artificial. Printed. Ah, it was like closed. What?
Remember that we go down for food. There should be pavilions like Hong Kong and Italy, but also for food. Here in CES, no. No, it should be. Here in Hong Kong we give you technology made in Hong Kong, but also dumplings. In Italy, there we give you, I don't know. Do you want me to talk to John CES? Well, please, Mr. Don CES, tell him. Mr. Don CES, put food in each pavilion, it would be a success.
Let me.
John CES. Well. Ah, look at me. I'm busy.
No, too bad. No, because it's different.
Too bad, too bad. Other things, yes, you can get hurt. No, yes, too bad it ended, but I'm not going to miss it until next year.
No, no, no, no, no. Well, what's coming? What's coming from events in this 2025? Next, the Galaxy Unpacked. The Galaxy Unpacked.
There we will be, obviously. And then. January 22nd.
Comes the.
Mobile. Mobile. And before I go on a trip. Before too? I think to try a car. I think I still don't know. Thank you very much for watching these special podcasts from CES 2025 here in Las Vegas.
have understood all the information and the trends that we were analyzing and reflecting on, which I think is what matters, right?
Trying to transmit this to you, if you are watching it on video, thank you very much. If you are listening to it too, thank you very much. A greeting now to López, let's see if he comes back, right? He already liked it, let's see if he comes back in March. Thanks for watching us and listening to us, for recommending us. And well, we'll see you on your screen or on your phone, wherever you want.
And it is very likely that we will also record a full podcast, a full broadcast, a chapter in San Francisco. Of course. In San Jose, which will be the Galaxy Unpacked. Well, we already know about the Galaxy S25. It is rumored that it is the S25. Let's see what else they bring out. Hey, we are talking about rumors. There are good rumors.
Speaking of rumors, there are also some interesting rumors regarding Apple. They're going to release an Apple Watch Fit, which is like an Apple Watch, but thinner, like a Smart Band. And cheaper. Yes, that's what's being rumored. Also the rumor that a thin iPhone is coming. Yes. Thinner, the Air. But when is that? Until September. Ah, well, of course, of course.
But hey, the rumors have already begun. Also the new Apple Watch Ultra 3. I think so. A Mac Studio M4. I mean, I think 2025 comes strong in terms of technology and launches. Totally. Of all brands.
Of all brands. And if you listen to the clones and recommend them, you will have all the information. They will have 10% discount that Matucles is going to give. No, no, also, but 10%. You have to sell something. Sure, that would be good. You know what? Tours from CES. Hey, you come and here we give you your personalized tour. We tell you where, where not, where yes.
VIP treatment. Of course.
It's a good business. Of course. It's a good business.
I think we could finance the clones there, actually. Or we could undertake. Of course. Travel to technology expos. Come with us, we'll give you the tour at the CES, at the Mobile World Congress, at the IFA, wherever you want. Wherever you want. You sign up, we'll tell you why not, and we'll accompany you. With the code MATUK10, you'll get a 10% discount on any technology tour this year.
I'll see you there.
