Dr. Layne Norton: Tools for Nutrition & Fitness

4182.311 - 4203.321 Dr. Layne Norton

If somebody has early time-restricted feeding and they finish most of their food intake before 1 p.m., They have an extra like six, seven, eight hours that they're not hardly eating anything.
