You know, that if I'm in Paris and shopping or window shopping, I walk, you know, 10 miles a day and enjoy myself thoroughly. But if you said, let's go for a walk of even five miles and it's just to walk. Now, this is mindless. I'm not suggesting this is a good thing. But, you know. uh, activities that are meant to be fun and that are easy to engage and are fun, um, are, uh, will be good for you.
