Chapter 1: What technical issues did the hosts experience?

00:09 - 00:25 Macy

We recorded this on Tuesday. And this is coming to you late because it is currently Thursday. Yeah, it is Thursday night now. Tuesday night, we recorded this. Yes. And I had plans to edit it on Wednesday and get it up to y'all. That did not happen because when I sat down to edit, our audio was gone. So we record on my phone over there.

0

00:26 - 00:54 Macy

and we have yeah don't expose us and then we have our our little mics over here this audio was gone and you couldn't like the audio from the phone just is not good enough to post out it's like well i guess we have to re-record it i unplugged it plugged it back in nintendo 64 style blow on it seeing if no nothing worked there was only one file on it and it was from weeks and weeks ago i had no clue where this went no audio and it's an sd card it's not like it's like it's not an internal hard drive or like a any i don't even know computer speak

0

00:55 - 01:12 Macy

It's just a little card. We're very tech literate, just in case you didn't know. It's an SD card, okay? Just a little thing. I hook up to another little thing that hooks up to my computer. It's not there. I get here and I do a little test run on our mics just to double check that it's working. Plug it up. The audio is there. I suddenly have like three files.

0

01:12 - 01:32 Natalie

Now that she's in my home, the place where we heard, oh, they haven't heard this yet. If you are on our Instagram, you saw a clip of us sitting here recording and there was a sound. Okay, so let me explain my house layout kind of. We're in this room. Right when you walk out here is my living room to the left. My kitchen right there is just all kind of open and like a straight shot.

0

Chapter 2: What strange noise was captured on audio?

01:33 - 01:49 Natalie

There's no like window. There's no draft. There's nothing open. And when we record at night, Ryan and both my dogs are in the bed asleep, door shut because they will scratch at the door. We were recording and there was a sound. Please insert the clip if you can hear it. Can they hear it on YouTube?

0

01:50 - 02:01 Macy

So you may or may not be able to hear it. If it's the phone audio, then it's a little hard to hear, but we'll post it here. Anyways, listen to this. I'm good. I got to look more into the ghostly hauntings of it.

0

02:01 - 02:12 Natalie

I'm good on going to plantation. What was that? What was that? It sounds... Someone on Instagram said, I hate to be cliche, but it just sounds like a ghost.

0

02:13 - 02:24 Macy

There's no explanation for it. The only thing I can think of is maybe AC related, but it's never done that before. This is like episode 94 and we've never heard a sound like that before.

0

00:00 - 00:00 Natalie

And I've lived in this same house for going on four years now. My AC doesn't make that sound. Long story short, something creepy is happening in my house. I'm scared. But someone commented it's like ever since the wrapping paper fell over. Like weird things have been happening. Someone said that?

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Yeah.

00:00 - 00:00 Natalie

I like that people pay attention.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Yeah, me too. We're sorry it's late. We did not intend to. I did not want to stay up all night and edit a video, but here we are. And we're also going to do a quick unboxing at the very end. We'll put that in. We're about to do that now, but we'll insert it at the end of the video.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

So if you want to stick around at the end and watch us open some packages from our PO box because we haven't seen them yet.

Chapter 3: What is Sienna's haunting experience?

04:15 - 04:27 Natalie

Sometimes when we say the same thing, I wonder if people not watching know that it's both of us talking. Yeah, because sometimes I feel like we don't sound alike. But if we're laughing at the same time, we're saying a word.

0

04:28 - 04:37 Macy

It's the exact same voice. I mean, when you and mom call and Kayla, sometimes it's like... Even with our little brother, he'll answer our mom's phone.

0

04:37 - 04:46 Natalie

And I'm like, mom? And he's like, no, this is Patrick. But... Our brother's name is not Patrick.

0

04:46 - 05:06 Macy

It is not Patrick. My parents had this hanger of clothes that was connected to the ceiling. So I hid behind them and crouched down on the ground, my back against the wall. I was sobbing and crying to myself and I was breathing out loud until suddenly I felt like something was not right. I grew quiet and listened. only to hear a very loud breathing that was not coming from me.

0

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

I knew no one was in the room, but I could feel another person's presence. I grew chills and I was absolutely terrified. I swear that when I looked up, it felt like I could see two big eyes staring at me through the clothes. Something was on the other side. And you're a twin. Adds another layer for you. The twin lore, yes.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

And before this had happened, she was really scared of going into my parents' room and would always ask me to go in there with her. At the time, I thought it was stupid and that there was nothing to be scared of. But after telling her what happened, I learned that she had experienced almost the same exact thing as me. Now I am a lot older and have gotten over my fears of going in there alone.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

I've never had any other creepy experiences in that room, but that memory still haunts me and I always wonder what really happened that day. Why the clothes?

00:00 - 00:00 Natalie

Why? That has always freaked me out. Like going in a closet where the clothes hang down. I've never liked that. I always feel like someone's back there hiding. It's that and shower curtains. I always have to be like, and like either punch in there or open it really fast. That's clothes and shower curtains. So I am not enjoying this visual.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

I don't know. I think it's the fear of the hidden, the fear of the unknown. That's where a lot of my fears come from. It's a fear of the unknown. Yes. There's like the fear of like I fear the dark because I don't know what's in the dark. I fear the ocean because what is beneath me in the ocean? You know, things like that. I don't know for sure what's out there. Okay. So it frightens me.

Chapter 4: What terrifying events happened in Makaylah's haunted house?

11:56 - 12:12 Macy

He was laying in his bed, all of the lights being off in our room, when suddenly it feels like his bed tips, almost like something is getting on his bed. We have many pets, so he thought that it was one of our dogs jumping on the bed. He turned on his light, only to see nothing there. He was confused at what just happened, thinking maybe he was wrong.

0

12:12 - 12:28 Macy

He turned his light off, only for it to happen again. Something brushed against his leg this time. He turned his light on again, and there was nothing there. This happened multiple times throughout the night. He doesn't like to make up random stories to try to spook us, so I very much believe that he was telling the truth about whatever he had experienced.

0

12:28 - 12:46 Macy

I believe that it might have been the spirit of one of our many pets that have died throughout my lifetime. I've had similar experiences of something soft brushing past my leg like a cat, only for there to be nothing there. Another time my dad was working down in our garage. It kind of acts like a basement because our house is built into a hill and we have stairs that go down into the garage.

0

12:46 - 13:04 Macy

He's working when he hears the creaking of the stairs. The stairs are pretty old, which means when you step on them, you hear them creak. He's kind of confused because he didn't hear the door open, so he looks over expecting to see one of us going down the stairs, but he sees no one there. As he's staring at them, he can clearly hear them crack, like someone was walking down them.

0

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

These are most of the stories that I remember, but I'm sure that there are some experiences that my family's just not telling me about.

00:00 - 00:00 Natalie

Oh, for sure. Your house is haunted. Oh, for sure. But haunted by pets? Fine.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

That's fine with me, too.

00:00 - 00:00 Natalie

I welcome it, actually.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Come on.

Chapter 5: What mysterious occurrences did Maddie witness?

23:02 - 23:08 Macy

and no way for anyone or anything to touch my shoulder like that. It freaked me out so badly.

0

23:08 - 23:19 Natalie

Anytime I've ever felt a sensation like that, I'm always like, Oop, I must have bad circulation. Gotta wake it up. I never let myself think that I'm actually being touched.

0

23:19 - 23:36 Macy

Don't acknowledge it. Nope. The next story happened when I was in my late 20s. My two friends and I are in their Jeep. It's super late at night, and my one friend wants to show me this abandoned mental asylum. Turns out the building had been demolished and the area was fenced off. My friend decided to keep driving to where a cemetery was located up the road.

0

23:36 - 23:54 Macy

When we get to where we think the cemetery is, it gets super foggy and we can't see anything. So we turn around to leave. Halfway between where we had stopped and the area that used to be the asylum, I got this weird feeling. And then the word fire randomly popped into my head. I thought nothing of it, just talking it up to me being ADHD and a bit creeped out.

0

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

I had no idea what the asylum was called before getting there.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

nor did i know any of the backstory once home i decided to do a little research turns out the building had been struck by lightning and caught on fire multiple times again i had no knowledge of this place before we went there just a creepy feeling and the word fire coming to my mind it sent shivers down my spine once i learned it caught fire a few times i hope this email wasn't too long and easy to read and understand thank you for reading so was someone there communicating like that's what i was thinking this happened

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Because, I mean, with my limited knowledge, when I hear people who are more sensitive, spirit or whatever is giving them these answers, just kind of like places them in their minds.

00:00 - 00:00 Natalie

You know, like it just comes to them. They're just like fire. I've heard that. Like Teresa Caputo should be like, oh, I'm tasting this. What does this mean? And it's just like a quick little message given to you.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Just dropped into your brain. Yeah. Something was communicating with you out there. Our next story comes from Lorena.

Chapter 6: What paranormal experience did Orion have?

28:40 - 28:58 Macy

When you walk through the front door, you walk into the living room. If you continue to walk through the living room, you'll come to a hallway, and directly to your left was a bathroom. Directly to your right is a stairway. A total of maybe 12 steps, then a box, then maybe four steps down. When your feet meet the last step, you are brought into a very small, open-spaced room.

0

28:58 - 29:19 Macy

Directly to your left was the kitchen. An extra living space and in the kitchen was also a sliding door to the laundry and pantry room. Now as a kid, we used to play in the basement often. However, we always avoided the pantry room unless we weren't alone or our parents were in the kitchen. This particular story takes place the same week we were moving out into the house two houses down.

0

29:19 - 29:38 Macy

This particular night, my mother put pizza into the oven in our new house. When the pizza was done and pulled out to cool, my mother set about trying to find the pizza cutter. When she couldn't find it, she decided that it must still be in the old kitchen somewhere and that I might as well go try to find it. I remember being frustrated that I had to go, but that was pretty much it.

0

29:38 - 29:55 Macy

I walked two doors over quickly. As I stepped into the house, I noticed the door shut hard and loud behind me. It kind of made me jump. but I quickly shook it off as I reasoned with myself that it was just the wind. I went down the stairs and straight into the kitchen, going directly to the kitchen drawers, opening one after another, finding nothing.

0

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Now, the dishwasher was up against the counter, and to open it, you had to put your back to the laundry slash pantry room. As my fingertips touched the dishwasher, goosebumps ran up my arms. My breath came in quickly, and I realized I was holding it, listening to the noises around me. I opened the dishwasher, shaking the thoughts of fear and the slight voice in the back of my head.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

terrified i remember saying out loud find the pizza cutter come on i looked around the rack and i couldn't find it right as i was about to give up directly behind me was the loudest bang i could think of now i knew what that noise was we often heard it when someone bent down and grabbed the side of the dryer as they loaded it the slide door was wide open and utter darkness beyond it my heart went into my throat i froze in my spot for a

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Run, run, run! My 10-year-old brain yelled at me, but I started to back my way out of the kitchen, and when I turned, and hear me out, this was the part I used to leave out in the story, because for a long time I convinced myself I didn't see this. I was face-to-face with a girl. She was so pale, with black sludge all over her and long, old, ripped blue dress.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

The sleeves were long and also covered in dark sludge, her face a mix of anger and sadness. She had blue eyes, my ears filled with intense scream whispering that I couldn't understand. My own words filled the air as I screamed out, and then, no, no, no! I slapped my hands over my ears, running as fast as I could up the stairs, keeping my eyes glued straight to the floor so I wouldn't trip.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

right into the living room, out of the front door, without so much as closing the door, and I ran sobbing up to my mother. To this day, she says it was all my imagination.

Chapter 7: What happened during the mysterious visit to the asylum?

32:32 - 32:35 Natalie

Oh, my God. I would love to do another episode of those, by the way.

0

32:35 - 32:51 Macy

I would, too. I think it's on the list already, actually. That was a fun one. I learned how to swim when I was about three years old. My parents used to take me to the pool constantly, and I was well aware how to swim. I want to clarify, I didn't accidentally drown because I couldn't swim. I accidentally drowned because I didn't know what death was. That people could die.

0

32:52 - 33:06 Macy

One day, my mother brought me and my four other siblings to our local swimming pool. When she let me go into the kid end, I was free to do whatever I want. I had recently found out how to do flips underwater, and I thought it was the coolest thing that I'd ever learned. So... That's what I was doing. Flip after flip.

0

33:06 - 33:26 Macy

I remember thinking that I was tired and that I might take a small nap right here underwater. Now I want to preface this by saying that I was not afraid. There was no fear when I closed my eyes and went to sleep underwater. Oh my god. In my sleep, I remember a blinding white light. The most amount of comfort I've ever felt. No rush to be anywhere. I wanted to live here forever.

0

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Truthfully, it was the most calming experience of my life. I didn't speak to anyone, nor did I experience anything other than being in the most calming, safe place I could think of. Drowning is nothing like it seems, I guess. And then suddenly, I opened my eyes. I don't remember how I got out of the water, but I was told that a lifeguard found me floating face down.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

My heart stopped and my lungs were full of water. She gave me CPR for five full minutes before I came back. My mother was a wreck when I came to. The lifeguard who saved my life kept me on her hip for quite some time before EMTs came to check me out. Wow. Okay. That's an amazing story. It really is.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

It doesn't matter how many stories I hear like that because they're all, you know, they all follow a similar track to like where they're in this safe, calm space. And I love that. Every time I hear it, it's like a hit of like dopamine. It just like a reassurance. Knowing we'll be okay. My third and fourth story took place when I was a freshman in high school. We lived in another house in St.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Louis, Missouri, and whatever was in that house hated me. There were several instances that made me stop dead in my tracks in this house. The first story I'll tell you about this house is that whoever or whatever was in this house hated families. My younger sister, by two and a half years, and I shared a room upstairs. Side note, it wasn't always that way.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

We moved upstairs once our older brother moved out. My younger sister and I would bicker occasionally, as all siblings do. My mother, my sister, and I were upstairs and were the only ones home. My sister and I bickered back and forth loudly, yelling at each other in the closet spaces and cleaning our shared space. My mother played ref between the two of us, just as I was making a very good point.

Chapter 8: What was the chilling encounter Kai had in their old house?

49:37 - 49:54 Macy

No one had been home since I left for work, and when we all moved out, I looked everywhere and never found it. My husband fixed her music box a couple years ago, and her song is so beautiful. And if anybody is curious, yes, I still have the dishes, and yes, I have used them for me and my family. I was curious. I'm glad that part was included.

0

49:54 - 50:12 Macy

And also, the geisha is the only music box I have on display in my house now. I think she likes it that way. For the first time in years, the music box went off by itself after I tried putting an angel statue for my grandmother in the cabinet with her. I don't know if the music box doll was approving, so I moved the angel to a different display just to be safe. Who is she?

0

50:12 - 50:15 Macy

I don't know, but she needs to be the one.

0

50:16 - 50:17 Natalie

The one. Where did the helmet go?

0

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

I don't know. That's really creepy.

00:00 - 00:00 Natalie

Honestly, diva. I love it. She is very pretty. Yeah, I like it. I'm a huge trinkety type of person, so this is 100% something I would want. The music is haunting. Very pretty. I love her.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

Our last story comes from Heather. Hi ladies, my name is Heather and I'm new to the pod, having discovered it on YouTube while looking for something to listen to at work a few weeks ago. As a fellow supernatural lover and tea enthusiast, I've been loving every single episode and thought I'd share my own story with you. I've had a handful of ghosts and supernatural experiences throughout my life.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

I grew up with a love for all things spooky and I like to think a lot of it stems from my very first paranormal experience. I was very young when this happened, but it is still one of my most vivid memories. I was around three years old. I had just moved to my big girl bedroom as my newborn baby brother had taken the nursery.

00:00 - 00:00 Macy

The concept of being able to get in and out of bed at will instead of being trapped in a crib was still a novelty, and I had fun pushing the boundaries of bedtime. One particular night, I woke up in the middle of the night for seemingly no reason. Now, I obviously couldn't tell time yet, so I relied on various clues to give me an idea of what time it might be.
