Jed Elshant falls in love with rural Tennessee after moving onto a picturesque street. He’s quick to make friends with his new neighbors- longtime residents Robin and Charlie Hill on one side, and Cody and Amanda Massengill on the other. Yet as he settles in, Jed is put off by the wrecked cars and general unsightliness of his neighbor’s property. After acquiring a land survey, Jed sets out to clean mess he believes falls within his property lines. Meanwhile, the Hills and Massengills vehemently deny the claims of his survey. The ensuing conflict is vicious and unrelenting, with all three parties using extensive cell phone recordings to document the dispute.
