There are lots of people frightened for the word reparations. Some persons who would be great beneficiaries of wealth as a result of slavery and colonialism, they'd be living such an affluent life, they don't want to give up part of it. Although some of the subs that we're talking about, they would not affect the quality of life.

In the meantime, the people who have made major sacrifices and the people who have been considered to be chattel slaves, these people are living in abject poverty. It's not going to be like a light switch that you turn it on and turn it off. It's going to be a very gradual process.
