And certainly that was explained on the stand, at least by Capricorn. And it's just wild to hear all of what she said happened specifically on the kid Cuddy situation. The cross-examination was very interesting because Diddy's lawyers went after Capricorn because yes, she's saying she was kidnapped. She's saying she went against her will.

She's saying he brandished a gun and she felt like her life was under threat. But they pointed out that she previously said she went with Diddy to Kid Cudi's house in order to keep him from doing something stupid. She denied that, says she doesn't remember saying that. And that's the question. Did she go willingly to protect him, to do her job or what she thought was her job?

The kidnapping, they say, is very important in building a case about a criminal enterprise. So there was another potential incident in which she was kidnapped, though, if they could possibly prove, because Capricorn Clark explained that there was another incident a different year in which she was in charge of jewelry for Diddy. That bag went missing.

And she was taking robes to an abandoned floor of a building, a dilapidated building, and was subjected to a lie detector test all day, several days, by some big dude who told her she needed to act right or you're going to find yourself in the East River. He gave her that threat when she was so nervous they couldn't get a good reading, they said, on the lie detector.

And he told her, you need to calm down because if I can't get a good reading, they're going to throw you in the river. So that's a threat, one, and potential kidnapping as well. So that is, now the details are salacious in that, but for legal reasons, this is very important for them building it.

Yeah, you just put yourself or imagine it does sound like a scene out of a movie. It doesn't sound like real life. This was all happening here around the Manhattan area. And apparently she described this guy, you said a big dude. She said he was five times the size of her is what she said on the stand. And he was intimidating.

And yes, she said she felt like her life was under threat because she couldn't relax enough or calm down enough. for the lie detector to have a good reading when that bag of diamonds went missing. She also describes another incident back in 2006 where she apparently walked up to Diddy's personal chef and made an offhanded comment because they didn't have turkey bacon.

And she said, I hate living here or something under her breath. The chef hears it and goes and tells Diddy in the next room what she just said. And then what Diddy did next, she claims he came running at her, running at her from the other room and pushed her violently because and then said, if you don't want to live here, get the F out of here now. And so she says she did leave.

And this was because she had a previous relationship or a working relationship with Suge Knight, who was a business rival, a rap rival, rap industry rival with Diddy. She didn't disclose that previously. He found out about it, got upset and took her and threatened to kill her in the park.

To this day, if he gets, if he's found not innocent, if he called her and asked her to come back and work, I absolutely think she'd say yes. I mean, if he's found not guilty, I mean, if he walks.

And again, because this has been said in jest, well, she's just making a little joke. But it didn't seem to come off that way. The government did say it wanted to call another alleged victim of Diddy's. This one will be anonymous. They're giving her the moniker Mia as she takes the stand. Mia is a pseudonym. All we know is that she's one of Combs' former employees and that she wants and wishes to remain anonymous. We were told some of these women would be coming forward. but they would not be revealing their identities.

So they have a long standing relationship. And look, this is a lady, a lot of people have gotten up and testified about what they saw and here and there and some of his assistants. She was in that inner circle and she handled, even called herself his protector. Right.

And when you toss it, of course, something is on fire, but then the, Fluid that's in there spreads with the flame and it causes more destruction.

And this is a celebrity stylist who... By all accounts, he was a character, if you will. He had a personality on the stand.

That was another young lady who said, I don't want to be here. I want these people out of my life and out of this world.

And I've been working. It's like, she's years removed from this. I don't want to be back here. That is a theme. Folks don't want anything to do with this world we've been hearing so much.

That's where we talk about this again. This is at least two people now who witness what they describe at least as something that will get you years in prison. And nobody called or stepped in or made a change and continued working with this man. It's hard to get your head around if you're on the outside like us, Rose, but people are telling these stories just how trapped they felt.

I'm sorry, I was 40 years old or something maybe.

And we've heard several witnesses testify who said they saw him being violent or at least angry. They keep using the word rage. There's a rage in him. And Nash here was describing this moment before he said, look what y'all made me do.

He said he turned into a different person and completely calmed when he saw the blood. He said he was a totally different guy. But I think Cassie Ventura, she had been to her fine and testified about it as well, saying there was a moment where it just blackened his eyes. Like she didn't recognize who he was.

But from this incident, they end up, like you were going here, they go to the hotel. So all this is going on. Nash ends up getting forced. to take Diddy to the hotel where Cassie's hiding out. Sends Nash and a security guard upstairs to get Cassie, who was up there hiding out. And this is where it just, you go, Jesus.

I just, those little moments that we forget that people are just like the folks we are sitting across the table from right now or your family, they seem larger than life. Yeah, the majority of the day, the stand was occupied by Deontay Nash. We're going to get into everything he had to say, which was absolutely a lot. He saw a lot and was able to detail a lot of the alleged violence that she endured at the hands of Diddy. But Chris Ignacio was the LAPD officer, and he was important because he was able to cooperate a lot of what

We had already heard he was the one who showed up or one of the officers who showed up after Diddy allegedly broke into Kid Cuddy's house ropes. He said he got there. He went inside. He didn't see Diddy. He didn't see a security guard, but he saw he testified to the aftermath that we have already heard about how Cuddy's place was trashed.

Certainly, allegedly, and by everything they're piecing together, it was Diddy and his security guard had gone into the house.

And again, this was the exact time, the whole incident we're talking about here is the night that Diddy allegedly got mad, found out Cudi and Cassie were dating, went to Cudi's house that night. Now, Someone who was with him, Capricorn Clark, is another former assistant who testified as well with some pretty powerful stuff. She was telling that, yes, they were in a black escalade.

They went to the house. She talked about what happened. She said, yes, Cuddy pulled up. He took off and we chased him in the black escalade for a little while, then came back to the house. So the escalade has played a lot into this story to hear now an officer. say he laid eyes on that Escalade in question. He saw it that night.

And apparently whoever was in that Escalade saw officers coming that night and took off. Is the story now that's being put together. And you can't, there's a lot of black Escalades out there, especially in LA.

puts or at least connects all the dots for jurors that if not diddy someone who represented diddy was there while all of this was being reported but the thought of the matter of yes capricorn clock told the story but to think that an officer i mean chances are given the timing and given the timing there's a decent chance that diddy was still in that vehicle yes to think that there was a cop that passed to think he was right there and all this stuff this is 10 years ago i think this incident was

to think that an officer was right there. Like there were so many missed opportunities, I guess. I'm not faulting the officer. I'm just saying along the way, and as we've been following this trial, somebody saw a beating take place, didn't do anything. Somebody saw this, didn't do anything. Somebody was scared to do this. And just to think that close, just passing ditty at the scene.

And the officer said nobody ever said anything to him about Diddy. Nobody said anything about theft. It was only to investigate trespassing. And that was the end of it. And they went about their day. Now, the other person who was up on the stand was a fire investigator, an arson investigator who checked out the fire in Kid Cudi's car, the Porsche that had the Molotov cocktail in it.

Now, this was when things got a little interesting because, yes, the defense. at one point during this man's testimony, moved for a mistrial. They wanted to end this thing yesterday because of this guy's testimony. We are talking about Lance Jimenez. He's a LA fire investigator in robes. He got up and he mentioned something

And I think he was just answering the question having to do with there were fingerprints that were found at Kid Cudi's car. They're piecing together, of course, through testimony that they believe that Diddy had something to do with it. That's never been proven. Fine. But the fire investigator said we found fingerprints, but those were later destroyed.

That is what prompted defense attorneys to speak up.

And look, they had no, this is another crime, that they had no suspect. They had no witness to come forward and say who they thought the suspect was. was because the two people mainly involved in this, Cassie Ventura, Kit Cuddy, and Capricorn Clark, none of them made a police report accusing him of anything of the sort. His name never came up.

And in fact, Cassie and Capricorn, this fire investigator said he called repeatedly trying to get in touch with them in robes. This again, nobody wants, they would not call him back. They would not take his call. And this goes to fear that they say so many people felt about Diddy.

Yeah. You know, something else that just reminded me that Kid Cudi said that was interesting and perhaps wasn't what the prosecution was hoping he would say, and I don't know how the jury will take this, but he said that both he and Diddy got played... by Cassie Ventura.

So that probably wasn't, I don't know how big of a strike that was against the prosecution and in terms of keeping Cassie Ventura's credibility where they want it, but he certainly felt like he'd been played by her. I mean, they only were together for about a month, but he also said he got out of it because he just could not deal with all the drama.

And I think when you hear him tell his story about what that month was like for him and even the few weeks that followed, that makes a lot of sense. It

It's all you need. Yeah, it plants a seed in someone's head. And you think about that meeting when he came to confront Diddy or at least to try and calm things down. She was in the room with them standing next to Diddy. So that is, those are all, it seems small and potentially insignificant, but it could plant a seed in a juror's head.

Who knows what other hotels had, but in his hotel, there was a note under the profile Frank Black, which is the alias that... Did he use when he came to the hotel and they knew exactly who was coming? And so under the name Frank Black, here were some of the notes.
