But I really would, Jessica, sit down together and you guys just... That's good. Just put it all in one pile because there's just something about it that I think can be very energizing where a lot of people feel a lot of fear around that and a lot of caution, which is understandable. But once you just pretend, you're like, we're not really doing it right now.
