I haven't seen anybody investigate whether Jersey was actually involved or not. I wanted to participate in something that was going to light a fire under the ass of the police department and the FBI.

I think where that stems from is the situation leading up to him and I breaking up. When I broke up with him, it was because I told him he wasn't the type of man I could see myself having a family with. And I feel like it has been twisted for the last 12 years as a motivation for him or what would be his motive to take her if he did.

He was a carpet layer, best I remember. So he was always very active, hardworking kind of guy, trying to support his family. When I moved in there, they were trying not to lose their house. So I was trying to help them get things cleaned up, kind of get everything, move people out, make it a more family appropriate environment for him and his wife and their kids. That's why I moved in there.
