So that's my other concern is we did go and look to get pre-approved and even selling our house for 500,000, taking the money we make off of it, paying off the one student loan of 45,000 that we have left and taking the difference, putting it towards the next house. They're only approved for 200,000 in order to maintain the current payment that we have of about 2000 a month.
