He said, I think you could really do this for a living. Would you like to come to York and be a part of our second year stream of theater students?

And she called and she said, I'd like you to come audition for this. And I said, well, no, I'm finishing my degree. I finally like, you know, I got three, three, three months left to finish this degree. I'm just going to do it.

And it was with the Company of Sirens and Audrey Zina Mandiela was directing and they had canceled the auditions, but she was there just in case I showed up because they couldn't get me. And I showed up and her daughter was with her and her daughter climbed in my lap, started playing with my hair and she was kind of astounded.
