So everybody listening understands these are district courts, which are basically local federal courts who are trying to say, okay, I'm not just going to issue an order that says what the executive branch can or cannot do inside my district. I'm going to issue an order that binds the executive branch for the entire nation. And my view is absent some really extraordinary circumstances,

That's just not a power I think district courts have, and we're seeing it on, as you said, on a mass scale, a mass scale. And I think what's going to happen here is what needs to happen is one of two things. Either the Supreme Court needs to intervene and make clear there's only one court that can issue rules for the whole country. That's the Supreme Court. That's why we only have one of them.
