About three years ago, I started a 100 hats challenge where I did 100 open water swims with 100 different hats. When that finished, I kept getting pestered. So what hat are you doing next? So I started to do 100 park runs in 100 different hats. And this is hat number 25.

Hat number 25 is an almost life-size border collie, which has had its feet sort of attached together and is now perched on my head, sort of cuddling my chin.

It's not too bad, actually. If it had got soaked, I'd have been in trouble because it would have been about three times heavier, but it's not too bad. A little bit hot in this weather, but the tail wags as well, which is great.

Well, I've only ever done Reigate Priory park runs, so this was a bit of an adventure for me. But I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere, fantastic. So many encouraging shouts from people, and it's just a lovely, happy atmosphere. And there's no pressure to do any more than you can. It's just wonderful. I will do it next year as well. Great stuff.
